    @wazlife @cogeco @cogecohelps Where are you that you're paying about $150 a month? I'm in Pet, I was once paying $135, threatened to leave and now I'm paying $75 tax in for 1gb down. Starlink also has some pretty big reliability issues fwiw. Occasional internet outages is unavoidable it seems.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps so yet another outage and no updates or info. Hard to run a home business when cogecos service drops so often and the customer service is about as reliable.

    @TBLightning I hate when you think a game had a late start and it turns out your stupid cable box needed to be fast forwarded it .... i hate cogeco boxes!!!!!!!!!!!

    @cogecohelps @lauralittlewd @cogeco Good morning, I agree with Laura, we pay so much for internet. I rely on internet for my job, I am now using my personal data to be able to work, once my data runs out today, I will be needing to take vacation time for this issue. Super annoying.

    @cogeco so I can’t work because of an outage that hasn’t been reported but I also can’t call in to ask about it because you don’t open until 8:30? This is terrible service

    Cogeco absolutely dropping the ******* ball. Been out of internet since construction workers split the line on Friday morning, and now they cancelled the appointment to fix it and moved it to 5-8pm tomorrow. What a ******* joke of a company.

    @cogeco It seems odd that 6+ hours into a major outage you are still at the “we’re investigating” stage with, apparently, no clear understanding of the cause and, for sure, no ETA of service restoration.

    @RenfrewCntyScan @cogeco really ******* the pooch here. I switched to Bell Fiber in January and this is like the 6th Cogeco outage of note
