    I just want to know why @cogeco @cogecohelps is such a useless company -.- holy ****, I'm stuck on hold for 40 minutes and then ya'll hang up on me? it's not bad enough that my internet has been cutting out for massive periods of time the last few days too?

    @Tduub5 @cogeco That is TERRIBLE customer service. A business week to fix something your irresponsible neighbour did? I was able to have Bell come out same day. @cogeco sounds terrible.

    @Cogeco your Epico system is down again. I've been a customer for 6 weeks and this is absolutely unacceptable. At least have the integrity to explain what is wrong and what Cogeco is doing to correct this continuous service drops. I think I should have stayed with Bell

    @Living4_Today @cogeco I love the idea of EPICO, like being able to watch taped shows on my iPad or setting stuff up to record on my phone but man EPICO always has some sort of issue. My one box won’t stay connected to the internet.

    @Bell I would love to have all three cable TV, cable Internet, and home phone once you bring service to the area of #Brockville. Because my wife and I are currently stuck with Cogeco for all three.

    @cogecohelps i need an emergency help. I moved to a new house today and my internet is not working. I called Cogeco about my move 2 to 3 weeks back and @cogeco mentioned that bo technician is needed. It’s just plug and play. Here I am, no internet and no technician available.

    Epico from @cogeco and 1gb internet was the worst decision I have ever made. More outages in the last year than 5 years with Bell. Not acceptable

    @cogecohelps . Been on the phone waiting for a tech for over 40 min. Let's go. I also received a new tivo 4k box or I should say used. I cannot see my used box on My Cogeco. The old broken one is still there, so I can't even self install. You should also have a call back option.
