    @cogeco why has my tv been giving me the V52 error code lately? Sometimes on regular stations and sometimes on the digital stations. I followed the suggestions and even restarted my TiVo box now all my stations have V52! Very frustrating. Your service has declined greatly. 😡

    @cogeco I am a Epico user & so is another family member & we agree that it is by far the WORST TV service we have ever had. It is not reliable. In this day & age of advanced technology, this service fails miserably. I no longer enjoy watching TV as there are challenges every single day

    Both @Rogers and @cogeco both went down last night at 1am. Cogeco came back up in about 20 min. Rogers is now going on 14.5 hours and still nothing. Took over 6 hours just to acknowledge there was an issue. Not good. #rogersdown #cogecoup

    @cogecohelps why am I paying for 120GB and getting less then 20? I can’t even watch Netflix without stalling out. You’re recent overnight upgrade made it worse. #fail #Cogeco

    @cogecohelps I think it's a cogeco problem and you have to pass this on to the guide people we have been paying our bill for years and putting up with the guides that are not what they should be this is something you get paid to fix

    @Dirk_Prenzel Hi, There is currently an outage being reported in Quinte West by Cogeco. They have advised that should be repaired by 12:48PM.
