I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄
