    @MIHomeYGK It's a DNS failure...Manually set your wifi's DNS to Google's public DNS at 8.8.8.8 and you'll be back in business until @cogeco sorts out their DNS issue. #ygk

I upgraded to the 360 package in hopes I'd have better service, especially in meetings. I still can't use voice because I cut out. I end up having to call use my mobile network for voice

    If you're having issues with Cogeco in St. Catherine's/Niagara area, the problem is DNS related. Just set your network DNS to something like Cloudflare ( 1.1.1.1 ) or Google ( 8.8.8.8 ) Msg me if you don't know how.

    @Costa_Klad @cogeco The work around fixes the problem. Manually change your dns servers to 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4

    @CKWS_TV My husband called cogeco, the message said outage was ALL of Ontario. It is connecting intermittently but not reliable at all. Hoping they get it fixed soon.
