@cogeco I think 0 upload speed is definitely a problem. Download is fine but with no upload it's brutally slow. Seeing other reports of issues so you may want to dig into this.

@CBCNews is just a blank screen. (By the way, as a public broadcaster, why should anyone have to sign up or download Gem to get the news?). Poor showing @cogeco and I look forward to my 4 day rebate on my next bill. (That’s a little humour there).

Hey @TekSavvyBuzz it's shady that when I change internet plans, you charge for the new service on day I subscribe, not the day the new internet its connected (2 weeks ltr). Intentional overbilling & leaving it to customers to correct you isn't a good practice. Moving to @cogeco

@alfaraph @elybeatmaker You could just keep it on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if you want. We did that during the huge Cogeco / O-Net DNS outage, and I haven't changed it back

@paubejr haven't had consistent working internet for almost a month now yet TekSavvy continues to charge me. I upgraded our internet, still not working. Yet you still charge me. Cogeco technician scheduled and doesn't show up, not even a phone call. With a family of 4 who is
