    @cogecohelps internet been on and off past 5 days absolutely ridiculous, while cogeco monitor says no issues meanwhile all hardware on my end is good, unbelievable service

    @cogeco why do u guys sell modems with faulty chipsets, and then not allow customers to change modems. intel puma cpus are known for being **** and it's the only thing u offer. i cant ******* win with canadian isps dude i just wanna play melee.

    Such lies. Spoke to a tech @cogeco at 10:30pm & I asked, "How bad WAS the wind storm there", he said he was answering the call from #Windsor & he stalled as he stuttered "No, not bad". Considering the automated message while waiting I’d say it was 9 AM in India. #cogeco #ONStorm

    Looks like a @cogeco outage in Sarnia. At least it’s not just me. It’s been working great since they replaced the connectors.
