    @cogeco ON HOLD 2HR 41MIN - CALLED BEFORE 9PM, PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEY WENT HOME???? IM STILL ON HOLD AN NO TV SERVICE???? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @cogeco I’m located in Huntsville Ont. Shows on our Global TV channel seem to be delayed approximately 10-15 minutes. Is there a fix for this.

    Can we pay this bill at our bank until we are set up at the new credit union? We tried the phone number but they asked for a four digit code that we were never given. Thanks. The Cogeco account is under my dad's name (Ron Earl). (2)
