    @cogeco I still don't understand why you keep in business if you can't provide service and hang up on customers when they call to get answers. How am I supposed to work from home or my kids learn if there's no internet, this is getting ridiculous.

    @cogeco my internet has not been working properly since the large outage we had a few days ago, is there someone I can speak to as I called the tech support number on your website and it said number not in service. I have 2 kids that are learning online and need the internet
