    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

    @cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.

Sorry for the cussing-it's from music- what is the newcomer look at cable or wire or both guidance, including powered smoke/CO2 alarm\

    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.
