@cogecohelps How come when there's a planned maintenance outage, Start never notifies me of it, I only find out Cogeco is doing a planned outage after it's out.

@cogecohelps Hi, As a very long-time Cogeco customer who only just switched to Epico from the traditional cable service within the last month, I am very disappointed to learn of this change to PVR storage. One of the biggest reasons I was reluctant to switch to Epico was because I had many.

The same time every day @cogeco this is getting out of hand. Here i am yet again for the 14th day in a row unable to use the internet at this time of day at all. 3 years of this issue. Still no answers.

I was quite surprised that after 10 years of loyalty with @TekSavvyBuzz I was forced to cancel my internet service and the CSR didn't try to keep me as a customer. Well @cogeco I hope you will want to keep my loyalty.

@Greyseeker Cable companies are such tricksters. Here, I can only choose between Bell & Rogers, which equates to bad & worse. I’d love to use Cogeco (their PVR is TiVo), but I’m outside their territory. 😢

@InDaIndica A few years back, a Bell tech' came to fix our exterior line. After struggling for a while, he told us we should switch to Cogeco, because Bell was terrible. We did just that. Thanks, Bell dude.
