@CBCWindsor This the 3rd time in 2021. People are moving on to other service providers. The kids are in school, we are working from home. The internet should be a priority not a luxury. Get your stuffs together cogeco.

@NickRunyeard @cogeco In a perfect world, yes it should work like this. But that kind of redundancy is supposed to handle regular outages, but I'm not sure how well it's supposed to handle this type of outage.
