    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

    @cogeco Set top box is still out. Seriously, a day and a half. Yes, I've reset it multiple times and even reset my modem, hoping it would find a signal.

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better
