@cogeco I can't believe you have scheduled a 6 hour shutdown for maintenance. In the 25 plus years of being a customer, I have never experienced a 6 hour maintenance outage.

And no internet. Because the techs didnt bother coming out. Now waiting until Tuesday. I may have to cancel all the rescheduled and saturday nov 12 interviews thanks to #cogeco techs not doing what they were scheduled for.

@cogecohelps @Wender_25 How about Cogeco reaching out to me? Everyday epico freezes, remote often doesn’t fully function yes with fresh batteries. It’s just a bad product.

@cogeco How about waving my charges for the terrible internet service my street has been having for the past 2 weeks. Westend Kgtn 20 year subscriber.... Bell trucks are fixing the internet by taking your customers.
