    I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

    @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng

    @Enna_Acssej @cogeco What kind of amateur organization shuts down their service for their entire eastern Ontario clientele? What kind of gong show are they running. I think I can dump them this year. Fingers crossed.

    @cogeco Will be calling Cogeco shortly to find out when my plan ends. Being with Cogeco has been a nightmare, saving a little bit of money each month isn’t worth the aggravation. Cogeco ALWAYS seems to be down for one reason or another.

    @cogecohelps Why does one of our channels cut out in the middle of a show and go to a cogeco ad?? Numerous times.

    @cogecohelps Being Canadian means paying a small fortune for Cogeco internet service and having it not work on a weekly basis.

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    @xassassinsswef @cogeco It must be pretty bad, none of their websites are working either. Read somewhere a fiber cable has been cut but not sure if that's true.

    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.
