New modem is giving me internet speeds I've never seen while living here... I'm suuuper excited to see how it does tonight while I stream/game but as of right now?! One happy Cogeco customer... This is why I won't switch ISP, the customer service is UNMATCHED @cogecohelps ♥

@TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvy Cogeco tech arrived today, 4d w/out iinternet/voip service. Turns out, AS WE SAID on Wednesday, our service went out within 5 min of the cogeco truck arriving at the house next door. Apparently the tech took OUR line and connected it to the house NEXT DOOR. NOT IMPRESSED!

@gramshelper @pdejager @CheriDiNovo I’ve searched Ontario and the prospects for affordable rent for a 3 bedroom house are not promising and when I find affordable the bell/cogeco service availability tools show I can’t get sufficient connectivity for my WFH job.

Extremely disappointed with @cogecohelps customer service. We went in and changed our modem, reset it 100 times, and patiently waited on a call for 1 hours only to hear that the earliest COGECO could send a tech is after 3 days.
