    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    @ihoplad @cogeco I’m in southeast Burlington, no internet since 10:05 and I’m trying to teach online! I can’t do my job right now and can’t even tell the parents! @cogeco please fix this ASAP. Twice in 3 days is ridiculous!

    @cogeco Spouse is work from home, I am a streamer and twice in a week you have gone down - we are locked down and trying to make a living - so I hope we can get some discounted days because you cut into our money ... we cut into yours.

    @cogeco no internet again. I tried calling your customer support number and it’s saying the number is not in service. This is getting ridiculous. People are working from home, kids are home schooling. We need the internet. At least update us on the situation.

    @SahotaS25 @cogeco Province-wide outage again. Try calling and switching to another service provider, they'll probably have you up and running before cogeco even replies.
