@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

Trying to deal with nagging feeling that we are paying for far too many Cogeco channels we never watch. The web site channel package selector thing is certainly unhelpful. I'm sure that's no accident.

@cogecohelps I'm wondering why we can't sign in to CNNgo as a Cogeco customer that pays for the channel? Bell, Rogers, Telus and Shaw customers have it available...what gives?

@tristandamours @sambapete @JeremyFilosa And it’s getting worse as the story unfolds. In #IMFC Radio Filosa said they had to remind the #cfmtl front office that they had free ads on Cogeco network. And now on your show he adds that they left those free ads on the table at the end of the contract? Un-freakin-believable.

It’s a PD day so that teachers can write report cards. Of course it’s only fitting that my @cogeco internet is down AGAIN. Get it together guys! I never should have left Rogers. 😩
