    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    Why Rogers? Paid for internet through the winter so when I spend a few days at my cottage I'll be able to have a "work vacation". Got up there,no internet,spent 3 days on the phone, told some firmware problem.Months paying for internet but no internet.Go with Cogeco @RogersHelps

    @CHCHTV I would like to message you to see if you are available in my area through Bell Fibe TV, because you were supposed to be a part of my cable package but they refuse to let me have access. Idk what the issue is. I could watch you through Cogeco!

    @cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

    We're not on #Rogers for landline service here, we're on #Cogeco. They seriously need to do more to make sure these bullshit spam calls don't get through to us.
