@SammyJo58 @startca sometimes things happen that are out of peoples control. they worked all day to fix it and it seems to be working for me now. 6 hours out of 72 is a large percentage but couldn't he extend it by 6 hours? bell has down time as well i remember from being a customer. so does cogeco

  • lesliesaker Leslie Saker (@lesliesaker) reported

@cogeco is there ever going to be a time when your services that we pay an arm and a leg for will work without interruption. Every single month there is an issue with something. When you have to reset your equipment more often than you have to brush your teeth it is an issue.

  • ChrisChrisPlays Chris (@ChrisChrisPlays) reported

@syraphic Ah ****. I know its still fairly new-ish but I felt like it should be installed just about everywhere by now. That's unlucky... I'm not sure if anyone else will be able to offer anything comparable if Bell can't install theirs there. Cogeco or Rogers would be next best. :/
