@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

@cogeco the worst internet service pods that you have to pay for barely give you 10mb of 1 tB available it’s a joke I have to use my mobile cellular to watch Netflix on my tv I create a hotspot with it. The pods are garbage which is an understatement.

@cogeco How about waving my charges for the terrible internet service my street has been having for the past 2 weeks. Westend Kgtn 20 year subscriber.... Bell trucks are fixing the internet by taking your customers.

@cogecohelps @Chathamboy12 Sandra would have to be pretty magical to take me out of my Cogeco-induced anger after a month of the tv freezing, looking at big pixels, internet not working and someone in tech bargaining with me that he will give me a one day discount.

Hey @cogecohelps our neighborhood has been without internet for several days because of "noise on the line" with no ETA. When are you going to get your act together and fix it. @cogeco @CRTCeng

As usual @cogeco is having an hours long outage affecting all services. As usual call us back when our crap service resumes to be inconvenienced again to get a credit. How can your service possibly be this bad.

Moved away from @Bell because of their abysmal customer service... turns out @Cogeco is no better sooo going back to Bell where at least their hardware isn't insecure. I'd advise you stop using Cogeco immediately.
