@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

Dam it cogeco! Outages again…really!? Could yah get better at this internet provider thing!? Yah know, cutting edge and up to date with 2020 IP services! Ffs I guess I wait till cogeco gets their **** together and I have internet access again.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Update: Two technicians arrived this morning, and were very, very helpful! We did have a weak signal coming in, so they fixed all of that and are referring a line replacement. Thank you again for your help!

@Bell @Bell_Business I know you spent a lot of money putting the Fibe infrastructure to our new building, and even though I hear bad things about Cogeco, right now, a tin can and string would be 100 times better than your services. If I get a signal, I look forward to a reply.

Oh look at that. Yet again my wifi goes out. Yet any time I called and speak to anyone at @cogeco they tell me I need to reset the box. Your modem is a piece of garbage and should send someone to look at what the problem is instead of giving me back all the time @cogecohelps

@cogeco been on customer service cll fr 30 mins, an agent talked to me fr mere 1 minute, got the basic info, put me on hold, i hv d system apologizing every minute or so. This is fuckd up ! Hire more ****** ppl so our problems cn b sorted without waiting so much. I hv a lif

@cogecohelps I don't think it's a Cogeco issue. I was replying to the other person talking about internet issues today. 😒 some pages went down... like fb, messenger and a few other things. My kids are in virtual school and aren't having any issues. Sorry for the confusion.

@cogeco perfect game taking place in the redsox game and even though people pay for the sports package you guys mess up the channeling and it’s not avail !! C’mon man why pay you for a service you can’t monitor properly… FYI not the first time

Once again my @cogeco internet is down in Trenton. Was working and then went offline just before 4am. I can’t turn off my smart lights or set the alarm on my smart clock. Can’t wait for @bell to finally bring their high speed internet into our area to give us an alternative.
