@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

@cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

Second @cogeco outage in less than a month for my area. Outage site says 4:09pm restore time but last outage said 2 hours and it was more like 18 hours. Bell Fibe is looking real good.
