Celia Aiello (@celiamaiello) reported@cogeco I am a new customer just received modem yesterday and it was very very slow. I tried calling Cogeco today but keep getting disconnected. Seeing the outages will try again however continue slow, will be canceling if cannot get support. Working from home and internet crucial.

Andrew Johnson (@JAndrewJ86) reported@nfitz1 It’s just a couple channels now, and they were working just fine up until yesterday evening. Then everything went haywire. I’ve had Cogeco for less than 3 weeks, and this is already the 3rd full or partial loss of service in that time. Not impressed.

BE YOU NOW (@sandrafurber) reported@cogeco been waiting since 10:00am to live chat. Our service needs to be moved, nbd although we cannot get through by phone or live assistance. Twice kicked out at around 20th in the queue! What is going on?
