Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help

After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

Alfred E. Newman (@notsobigkahuna) reported@cogecohelps Everyone I speak to from @cogeco says all the right things… then nothing happens. It actually said in the work order that 2 techs are required. One showed up. This is the 3rd time this exact problem has occurred.
