    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    @cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels

    For anybody who's facing the @Cogeco outage, it's their DNS server. This is a peace of infrastructure that you can work around by connecting to a different DNS server. You have to change settings on your devices not to use Cogeco's one - for example, Google runs one at 8.8.8.8.

    @COGECO SUCKS ***!!! Every #Cogeco customer must be credited a "full month" of service. @cogecohelps is not progressive when it comes to outages, always delayed. @bell is looking real good right now.
