    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    As a sports fan I ******* love having IPTV. Nothing beats being able to watch absolutely every game whenever you want for $20 a month. **** paying $100 a month for cable. Eat a **** cogeco and bell.

    @cogeco Whenever I need to call technical support I get so angry before I even pick up the phone, I know it'll be a couple of hours out of my life...still on hold 31 minutes and counting.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco AGAIN ? I ha r spoken to them over and over and the problem has not been solved ? More wait times on hold ? Thanks but obviously I’ve done all that. Love the YOU can pay to have a technician come fix our problem part as well.

    @cogeco One of your salespeople told my 81 yr old father in law that he couldn't just get a simple cable box anymore, that he had to include Internet. You sent him all this equipl, including a router. I knew he could still have basic cable, called to fix it. 3 weeks later, still no TV.

    @ectowyd i use cogeco and i have around the same problem like mine just cuts out like 5 times a day noramally at like night but im thinking about switching to bell cuz like it just goes out all the time

    Just spent 1.5 hours of my life on the phone with Cogeco just to change my service from gigabit to 360. Billing says they have to transfer me they said there's no wait, transfer me to tech and wait 1.5 hours. @cogeco going to Bell! @cogecohelps
