Sharon (@RealSharonD) reported@cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

Leanne Vanoostveen (@LeanneVanoostv1) reported@cogeco we have had pretty much no internet for the most two months. have called cogeco numerous times. Changed modems. Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.

I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

john (@leafsfan381) reported@CanucksFirst1 @cogecohelps @cogeco We had Roger’s doing this **** awhile ago they came at 8:45 at night I was at work my wife was there alone dude asked her where I was and if he could come in I called them and lost it and they told me there allowed to door knock till 11pm I said if you ever come back It’s over.

MamaStyles (@MamaStyles77) reportedCan someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭

JerryP (@yarop) reported@KellySuzanne9 @corpcapture @cogeco Internet down in parts of Canada, too. Was this planned in advance? Is this some kind of testing of people's reactions? As WEF predicted large internet outages. Is very unlikely that all internet companies have problem exactly the same time. People be aware!!
