    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    I thought @cogeco was the absolute worst service. I got suckered into it when I moved (not much competition) and got cogeco/epico. Epic fail. My advice people. expensive service. bad service. Patronizing customer service. stay away. @CTVWindsor

    Renegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but Iโ€™ll fight it tomorrow

    @MichelleLA1981 I'm kind most of the time, I don't even tell the JWs, the Bell TV guys or the Cogeco guys to **** off very often.๐Ÿคญ

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes upโ€ฆ you increase your pricesโ€ฆ.

    @__m3lisssa When you click on it, it will ask you to sign in, than I used my cogeco login in and it worked

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?
