@cogecohelps @KiloAlpha11 I mean sure, but since a couple other ISPs are fine, and 40-65% of the city has power - fair to ask why Rogers doesn't have to wait on an update from (a non-existant) entity called Peterborough Hydro, but Cogeco does, no? @Kay33549518 @cogeco Have called 2x. Both times - “ Let’s check your modem” Me: I don’t need you to check the modem - I need you to hook up the downed lines that are laying in our front yards - and no NEXT MONDAY is NOT an acceptable service call time. They promised today - we’ll see.

Why is it that every time I check with @cogeco about my internet outage, the website tells me that they expect the problem will be resolved in *exactly* 60 minutes. 3x this morning. Now that I know this I won't need to check. It'll be fixed in 60 minutes, regardless when I ask.

@cogeco Outage map is saying east city in Peterborough has no outage anymore. After multiple resets of my modem this is clearly not the case. Still no internet at this time even though it is reported as fixed.
