    @cogeco Can you atleast acknowledge internet problem today in windsor and other areas in Ontario. Internet is completely down and it happened twice this week .

    @cogeco Service is out AGAIN. And then you disconnect your phone line while not putting out an official update on this feed. This is the single worker displace of customer service I’ve ever seen. Get your act together. Cc @cogecohelps

    Any users of #starlink with reviews so far? Ready to switchover. So sick of current ISPs not investing in their infrastructure & fixing actual internet problems. Their only product/solution right now is “call customer service, get a credit” @CoxComm @cogeco #Phoenix #Toronto

    And for the second time this week, @cogeco customers in #Niagara and across Ontario have had their zoom meetings, and e-learning interrupted by a large-scale internet outage.
