@rcarrick I’d like to mention a good customer service experience. @cogecohelps on Twitter is quick to respond and assist and Cogeco phone tech help is the same with generally short wait times.

From firsthand experience, #cogeco business internet service is horrendous, from uptime to client care, no one cares, no one calls back and Managers start at 3pm. #cogecobusiness help...we are stranded....

@cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you

What is #cogecoepico? How is this different from the current cable box I have with Cogeco? Is it an added service or does it replace my cable box? Do I need smart TV for it to work?
