Ryan (@LDHRYAN) reportedBeen signed up with cogeco for 2.5 weeks, and in 2 weeks I will be moving on from them. @cogeco I truly wish the worst for this poverty company. Good luck.
-
MB27 (@BuccioniMichael) reported@cogeco in all sincerity I have to say you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Your epico and internet service is abysmal, only topped by your ‘customer service’.
-
Social worker (@liberatingfem) reported@elkenergyinc Power came on this morning on Patrick Cres however it has gone off for a few seconds twice this afternoon. Wifi and cable are still off due to hydro ( according to Cogeco). It’s frightening how vulnerable you are with no hydro and your cell phone is not working correctly
-
Jon (@Jonsnow2929) reported@cogecohelps And the cogeco website still says there's no reported outages. This is the problem with Canada's telecom oligopoly. You have no reason to improve things because there's 0 competition. The customer gets terrible overpriced service, while rogers, cogeco, bell get more money.
-
Steve Coville (@SteveCoville) reported from Kingston, Ontario@BradKes6 @NASCARonTSN It's been happening for a year.. Cogeco says it is a bandwidth problem by TSN..
-
H A I L E Y | M 🤠 (@Hailsxmasse) reported@PierceHowlett It’s about damn time😭 cogeco is ***
-
Mary Lou Tanner (@MLTPlanner) reported@TheChrysalid @cityofhamilton Exactly. Citizens get punted like footballs between utility providers. Mine ended up being Bell. Cogeco took it down because Bell refused to show up. Brutal.
-
Patrice O' Hamilton (@achrosen) reported@cogeco You know, in harsh weather, it is often crumbing, rotting, hollow, trees and limbs that fall, and cause trouble and outages. Need for campaign to clean up lousy trees, which are begging to be cleaned up, trimmed, removed, and are rotting trunks, BEFORE they cause these problems.
-
MB27 (@BuccioniMichael) reported@cogeco 6 skill testing questions to speak with an unqualified representative who keeps you on hold pretending to resolve your issue .

B G (@chuckiechan17) reported@cogecohelps @All4Thrills @cogeco Thanks Karen. I put in my postal code and it said there’s no outage in my area. But I did the reset and it still didn’t make things work …
