    So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Again tonight no Detroit feed. I really have to get rid of Cogeco. Who in Canada wants the Colorado feed. Thanks Cogeco for always disappointing your customer. @COGECOSUCKS

    @cogeco when you are trying to watch a show, yet, every five seconds the show freezes for 20 seconds then it starts up again, then freezes again after five seconds for another 20 secondsโ€ฆ Canโ€™t wait to cancel

    @alancross @cogeco Cogeco is, by far, the worst telecom service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Switch to anyone else.

    @cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

    @cogecohelps Itโ€™s all fixed now, but itโ€™s generally a pita. Why shouldnโ€™t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now itโ€™s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why donโ€™t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    @cogeco As of 10:15 pm our services have finally been fixed. 13 total hours out of service! When should I see a refund for services lost?
