    @cogeco I understand that the weather caused a huge problem, but not getting an appointment for five days to run a new cable line is ridiculous! It’s not like we are asking for new service to be installed, but we do need a working phone!

    @fullmoonfarm1 @cogeco Until your one year special expires and then they’re double. Happened to me, I said I can cancel and go elsewhere, they said “sure go ahead”, so I did. Will never return to Bell, they suck.

    @Sean58816482 @cogeco It will just die again in a few hours. Cogeco is thr worst internet company I have ever seen. They send "congratulations for installing your new modem" texts when it hasnt even showed up at my ******* house

    @elkenergyinc They talked with the Cogeco guy. I headed down to catch them and they left. Calling in yet again to determine if it safe to re-energize my panel. NOT ONE PERSON KNOWS ANYTHING. “We’ll pass a message along and somebody will call you”. Couldn’t finish the call, my phone died.

    @elkenergyinc Apparently they came back. Closed the breaker at the pole, and left. Still no phone call/knock at the door. Talked to the Cogeco guy sitting across the street. They also had no power/low voltage overnight. So assuming this issue affected all the houses on the transformer?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Which is understandable. But telling us a time would be nice and your customer care on the phone shouldn't be giving false information either.

    Hi, our cable is working but not our wifi. That would mean it’s no longer a hydro issue but a Cogeco issue?
