    I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

    @cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

    .@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

    @crackshottv @cogeco yea I’ve heard bell can be hit or miss. I got lucky I guess. I’ve never dealt with their customer service though which is the worst part by far

    So my senior folks & my dad/ Alzheimer’s rely on their @cogeco internet 4 all kinds of assistance. Internet goes down. Tech says no worries; we will fix it in 24 hours. Call @cogeco & now it’s a 10 business day wait. That’s it 4 my parents connection 2 support et al. #seniorcare

    @cogecohelps @cogeco That particular incident was on CRV3H however, it's been happening with A&E, E! MTV, Much Music and more! This has been going on for years! There's nothing worse than expecting to watch a documentary after work but instead the dvr has recorded Sister Wives!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps #Cogeco is having a 12 hour internet outage in my neighborhood today. I called and asked if I can be let out of my contract without penalty. They said no because I don't call them every time the internet goes down. Good job guys.

    @cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.
