    I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

  • emmagoldstein95 Emma Goldstein (@emmagoldstein95) reported from Greater Napanee, Ontario

    @cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

  • MLTPlanner Mary Lou Tanner (@MLTPlanner) reported

    @TheChrysalid @cityofhamilton Exactly. Citizens get punted like footballs between utility providers. Mine ended up being Bell. Cogeco took it down because Bell refused to show up. Brutal.

  • Browfilla Gloria (@Browfilla) reported

    @fullmoonfarm1 @cogeco Until your one year special expires and then they’re double. Happened to me, I said I can cancel and go elsewhere, they said “sure go ahead”, so I did. Will never return to Bell, they suck.

  • All4Thrills Ivan (@All4Thrills) reported

    @chuckiechan17 @cogecohelps @cogeco The website doesn't work. I called support and they told me they see there's an outage on my street but my postal code didn't return any issues on the website.

  • Adragna10 Anna Adragna (@Adragna10) reported

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Which is understandable. But telling us a time would be nice and your customer care on the phone shouldn't be giving false information either.

  • Hailsxmasse H A I L E Y | M 🤠 (@Hailsxmasse) reported

    @PierceHowlett It’s about damn time😭 cogeco is ***

  • SteveCoville Steve Coville (@SteveCoville) reported from Kingston, Ontario

    @BradKes6 @NASCARonTSN It's been happening for a year.. Cogeco says it is a bandwidth problem by TSN..

  • liberatingfem Social worker (@liberatingfem) reported

    Hi, our cable is working but not our wifi. That would mean it’s no longer a hydro issue but a Cogeco issue?
