I pay $45/mo for 15 mb/s, 500GB/mo and the service is excellent. My internet goes down when Cogeco fails, but the customer service is much nicer. If that's a better deal than what you're getting atm, SWITCH! Teksavvy rocks. #telcooligopoly

@cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

@BradJConnolly @cogecohelps If we can’t provide internet through the phone lines, it’s either that they’re not our lines or they’re not compatible with our service. We don’t have a date yet, but we might reach your place soon as we’re expanding our service areas, like Mont-Tremblant. Thierry Cogeco

@cogecohelps so your taped message says there is an outage in my area of Windsor and to check cogeco/outages for updated. I go that page, input my postal code and it comes up no outages. What is the estimated time service will be restored?

  • rodneydowd14 Rodney Dowd (@rodneydowd14) reported

@cogeco Just tried to order #cogecoEPICO and was turned down. My old TiVo died last night and now I have to go 5 days without any TV until the replacement arrives. They are incapable of changing from replacing my old TiVo to setting me up with the new system now that the order was sent.

@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.
