    Customers who have Internet, TV, Home phone though COGECO in some areas of Wallaceburg will be impacted by an outage due to the power outage and will have their services restored as soon as possible.

    @cogeco I am a senior recovering from stem cell transplant. Since May my neighbour has been calling to remove wire from my trees as the tree is a safety issue. It is now almost October. When will the wires be removed so that I can remove the tree a safety issue .

    @cogecohelps Good Morning Cogeco. We are a customer and I have a concern. Our Router logs are showing a lot of DoS Attack: Syn scan…who do I report it to? Thanks.

    I never knew prehistoric internet still existed. I had problems with Cogeco at one point but was fixed easily. Then I started using @PrimusHelps . Dont let their Twitter fool you. They dont help a damn thing. They do make me feel nostalgic tho. Them AOL free trial dial up days

    @TekSavvyCSR Cogeco is not reporting any outages for N9Y 4B4 in Kingsville but I haven’t had internet since just after 4 AM EST. Powered down modem twice, reset it. Nothing

    @cogecohelps curious how a friend of mine got a free upgrade to 1Gig unlimited internet at no additional charge (lifetime price as well) and in all the years as a cogeco customer I’ve never been offered anything

    @cogeco it’s been 3 months… takes 25 minutes to download a tv on the app at lowest resolution… where is the update???????
