    @cogecohelps There is an outage in Milton as reported by some sites yet your website isn't reporting an outage. I wonder if cogeco is on top of d situation or this is another disappointment!Even when i call it says there is outage in milton.Whoever is updating status on the site is sleeping😡

    @CDNinvestigator @cogeco Really you want a refund for an outage which is likely caused by a winter storm. Let them focus on getting service back up and running instead of your $1.25 refund.
