    Need 2 re-think my priorities! Joined #AmazonPrime 7 months ago. 6 Movies that came with my subscription now want charge me $4.99 each. My fees didn't go down. #Netflix as bad. New movies are 10-15 yrs old. #Cogeco wants $$ 4 everything! Big business con't to screwed everybody

    @cogeco @cogecohelps When a customer calls to say the gas company cut the cable line...why is that not a priority to you? We live in a world where we can't work or go to school without the internet!!! I have been waiting for two hours for a return phone call!

    wow the @cogeco #Epico service is complete trash, the set top box is less then 15 feet from the Internet box and it still states that it has no internet, this happens on both boxes we have. This service has not been optimized at all and i cant recommend it to anyone at this time!

    @cogecohelps My husband isn’t receiving emails via his cogeco account either. It’s not a cookie issue - we weren’t using webmail. There’s obviously an issue on your end. Service has been spotty and awful for months now.
