    Also my internet is still **** and the appointment had to be canceled because I had to sit for 2 hours waiting for a covid shot. So no streams until next week. sigh... Also no @cogeco techs have 2 covid shots. awesome. Which doesn't surprise me with how bad the roll out is.

    My Cogeco internet went down again on Devon Road area. Three times in a row this week. This is terrible for online scholling and affected big time at my work. @cogecohelps @cogeco

    @cogeco After hours and hours on the phone trying to get assistance after the technician left my house and left me without service, I have gotten nowhere. I will be cancelling due to your horrific customer service

    @1ayymed I used to have Cogeco and it was pretty good, my parents switched to Bell and I've been having the same issue, got reported for lag switching bc of the "Bell Canada Teleport Peek" in league matches/pugs, been happening for the past almost month for me

    @cogecohelps @mairmair1980 @cogeco Also having issues with business internet in Kingston. Phones work but no internet. Equipment is working.
