Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported@tedwoodhead @cogeco About #CRTC nutrition labels: MP @MBDan7 said this morning that customers are frustrated with rural fixed wireless speeds, reliability. That doesn't get fixed by labels. It takes infrastructure investment. Need to stop doing stupid stuff that gets in the way of capital spending

Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reported@cogeco not happy with the results of the service call today. I was led to believe they did something that they did not. How do I follow up?
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported@tedwoodhead @cogeco Had to run out mid-way during Cogeco. They aren't wrong... but, they are paying the price for the other bad actors out there. Rogers, Telus and some resellers aren't exactly customer friendly and do screw people. Everyone pays the price for the bad apples.
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported@tedwoodhead @cogeco If over-subscription/congestion data was available per node, I'd look at it, if trouble-shooting an issue or helping someone with an issue or helping someone decide on a TSP. There's bad apples out there. Some rural areas are bad. Shows if they invested properly.

🏒⛳️ Mark Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reportedDidn’t @cogeco used to send out text messages with alerts when their service is down? My internet was off for over 5 hours due to a power outage somewhere in the area and not a peep.
