@cogecohelps my street in Burlington has had a pretty lengthy and frustrating cogeco problem this week and I’d like to request we all get a bit more info if nothing else. It’s hard to be patient and understand why this problem is so unfixable

@Niagara_411 Left them 5 months ago and it was the best move ever! Cogeco is terrible esp in bad weather and the CSR’s not all but most don’t help or want to help. They don’t communicate within the company to make sure the customer is taken care of. They just want your money. @cogeco

@cogecohelps @cogeco After holding FOREVER nothing got resolved. I switched from Bell to Cogeco so I WOULDN'T have these problems yet here we are! I pay a FORTUNE per month for this cable service & have had NOTHING but problems for the 30 days. No I have not fixed or resolved ANYTHING! 1/2

@Niagara_411 They’re never directly informed to customers, but their cogeco site for internet status does list planned maintenance days, its usualy very early morning or very late at night for least disruptions, since off peak
