    Massive Cogeco outage affecting internet connections and retail POS services, also causing collateral slowdown of other data services as large numbers of customers attempt to temporarily switch to personal cellphone hotspots.

    @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng
