Dear @Bell_Support - your small biz support services suck. Not even sure what I’m paying for. After 3 weeks, 3 tech visits, a missed tech visit (I wasted 2 hrs waiting for), still don’t have wifi functioning on my patio. Looking forward to calling @cogeco today.

@ChartrDavid @cogeco It keeps going in & out and nobody seems to actually know what’s going on even though there’s presumably someone out there attempting to fix it who could shed some light. Word is they’re working on it, but it died again. Tomorrow’s day 3 without summer reading school for my kid.

@cogeco good job! Sell me 1 gig internet give me 150 Mbps and then don't give me my home based business phone number back 6 days now and losing money every single day! anyone asking no I WILL NOT recommend their service . Broken promises every single day

@CarryTelecom And to think… just two hours ago I had a wonderful door-to-door sales from @cogeco offering me a nice deal to switch. I was saying how I was satisfied with @CarryTelecom’s service and pricing. Guess I won’t be renewing the coming term. Connectivity is worth a few bucks more.
