    Really Cogeco??? ANOTHER outage??? Only the TV this time, though. Thankfully I still have internet so I can work... but come on, 3rd time in a week???

    @Cogeco just sent me a "wasn't our fault" letter for the outages over the past few days. They blamed "an external issue not exclusive to Cogeco". I wasn't thrilled about the outage, but the "not our fault" letter is sad. Whose fault was it? #cogeco #passthebuck

    @Jabourasaurus Does sound like a possible dns issue... but I see you've already changed it... it's a bit weird... during all the issues with Cogeco this week I didn't completely lose my internet at any point. It got a bit slow, but it never totally died.
