    @cogecohelps Happy to say I almost never require support with Cogeco Internet. Seven months since we moved and got the service and it's wonderful.

    Thanks @cogeco - goddamn box didn't load #AEWAllOut so, Yup, I'm missing the ******* show. Dad was on the phone twice with Tech Support and so far nothing. 🤬

    @cogecohelps @mrsmama79 Don’t give her that nonsense. Cogeco prioritizes their own customers over third party issues. I was going to have to wait 12 weeks for an install from a competitor using your infrastructure. Somehow Cogeco was able to install next day though? Hmm.

    Nice work @cogeco you are screwing us all with inflated billing rates again. Time to start shopping again because the substandard service, technology and customer service isn’t worth the rates. Ugh.

    @cogecohelps I did. They said YOU are going to be there before 5 EST today. It’s 4:18 and no one in sight. I can’t yell at them b/c they use your lines and therefore HAVE TO rely on YOUR techs for the outside wiring. We don’t use cogeco anymore because of your horrible Cx serv.
