    @cogeco your Epico system and customer support are the worst I have seen in 40 years. Channels work and then don't. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    @cogeco research to do bit, no f****** internet. Every day, this joke of a business just gets worse. *Reminder: I won't replaced equipment again. FORCED when I moved to switch from tvo. When installer arrived, he had no idea of equipment I had or service to be provided @crtc

    I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!
