@cogecohelps for those who can try switching your DNS servers on your router to Google’s servers (8.8.8.8 for example). This resolved the problem for me. Seems like Cogeco dns servers aren’t reachable.

imagine trying to be a streamer/gamer with @cogeco would be a joke cause it's always down and constant connection lost. Sadly even at my Job this is a huge issue.. may be time to change.

@Carminevittori5 @cogeco Good that u are close to me, I'm in the region as well, we loose service every other day, constant interruption. Back in the summer a wired felt down and took them 13 days to pick it up and get my service restored and the list keeps going, and I don't need to tell u the
