Cogeco is down again! Cogeco went down at June 13, 2022 at 11:15AM in Ancaster. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cogecohelps

@cogecohelps so does cogeco not offer actual cable service anymore or is it all this Epico crap. Constantly having issues with it connecting to the internet and isn’t worth the hassle and price of dealing with this daily.

@cogeco Why isn't specific info passed onto Technicians from Customer. Cogeco did not fix their unburied cable when asked. Now it got cut. Explained in detail to Service. Technician came to fix cable, not bury it. Was told to we need to submit another workorder to bury it?

@cogeco @cogecohelps we have been without internet for TWO WEEKS. Each time we call the for answers you’re surprised no one has fixed the issue. We both work from home and have spent over $400 on data. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
