@cogeco @cogeco After leaving my mom without a phone for a week, you missed your appointments again. Oh well I think she’s going back to Bell as she’d like a service that works.

@cogeco Way too late. Thanks for leaving an elderly customer in the lurch. And how dare you charge her for lack of service.

@cogeco Would like to point out the fact that you guys have managed to let a internet outage that is on a week day, that is almost province wide, go untreated for a majority of people since 11 am today. You all need to get it together and realize this is more than a “inconvenience”

@cogecohelps @cogeco I've done both of these and while I have internet on all my handheld devices, my chromebook is still not able to use internet. It was perfectly fine until the outage this morning. What else can be done?

@burlingtondavid Indeed! In my family of 3 - with all of us working at home, the only person in our household who had no Cogeco internet during this province wide outage was me! Spent most of the time trying to figure out why it was me while my family worked without issue. Frustrating.

@cogeco I was on the chat waiting for over an hour. Why didn’t anybody tell me at the time that there was an issue rather than having me wait for over an hour on the phone

@cogeco Still no internet. Have plugged a laptop directly into the modem and no connection. I tried calling support, line just dropped but did let me know my connection was not optimal. Any update on a fix for those still without internet?

@cogecohelps @wuuyyan @cogeco Outage may have been resolved, but speed is SO slow! It's been slow for a few days now. Checked upload and download speeds and they are extremely low. What was the issue that was resolved? Outage can't be because of virtual learning, because why were there no issues yesterday?

@b4technology @cogeco No, I didn't do it. Change DNS servers without knowing what I'm doing? That doesn't sound even close to safe, to me. I would need a lot more info first, so links to that would help, and then I would still likely not.
