@AbigailEsman Your whole message is off because Canadians can’t choose Cogeco unless we live in their area. You just don’t know anything about our cable service but you tweet giving Canadians advice and then still think you are right. The problem with Americans hubris is far deeper than Fox

Really Cogeco, twice in one week! The amount you charge for high speed internet & you cannot even answer the phone or post on your website there is no service.

I think you need to issue a blanket refund to your customers for both outages instead of making us all phone in for it. You’re making money hand over fist during a pandemic. Do it!
