@cogecohelps just got notice that my bill goes up $6 more come September 1st. At what point will Cogeco stop raising customers prices for the exact same service??? This needs to stop. I'll have the exact same speeds and service before and after the price raise.

@cogecohelps @cogeco there is a low lying cable on our property the guy from Cogeco came to repair it but it is so low someone could reach it and pull the whole thing down. Can you send someone to fix it?

Please explain what can be done to improve Internet signal in Niagara Falls @cogeco and @cogecohelps . We've been experiencing interruptions dozens of times for several hours or days over the last many months even after recently replacing the router.

@cogeco terrible customer service.....can't contact via phone....try online chat support to fix On Demand channels that don't work....tech says it is fixed but isn't and now channels we used to get don't work anymore....and our bill is going up $12/month + tax....ridiculous!

@cogeco bill goes up $6 for the crappy internet service you offer. Time to call Bell and get there five 1.5g for cheaper than the 1g you’re offering.
