    Sorry for no stream today, Cogeco decided it was a perfect time to have an outage. Can’t even call them either cause the line is so busy. Stream will return tomorrow morning as long as my service returns

    @HawkfanB @cogeco @cogecohelps Funny you say that b/c I will be looking at the competition - I am very disappointed with Cogeco’s response & how I was treated! Customer service is huge for me & I’m a pretty nice & patient person so for me to get upset, it’s b/c the way they treated me!

    @MIHomeYGK My power never ended up being out which was nice but I had no idea Cogeco would be out. Don’t care at all about TV but it killed my internet connection until half an hour ago.

    @cogecohelps What power outage? Everywhere here has power im done arguing im switching isps cuz its the same crappy service with cogeco!

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Hated Bell. They couldn’t care less about customer service until it’s time to renew. And Rogers how do they get away with their rates? Can’t handle them either. Went with Cogeco & Koodo. I’m happy for now.

    Goodbye, Cogeco! 2day I switched to TekSavvy. The hardest part? Cancelling with Cogeco.(Hour+ on hold!) 2nd hardest? Re-arranging cords and power bars that live behind 2 v. heavy pieces of furniture I had to move in 30C heat! 🥵 I look forward to faster service at 60% less
