@cogeco thanks for the email yesterday apologizing for recent internet problems...but when I pay for full high speed unlimited internet that's what i expect with 2 adults working and 2 kids schooling from home! Otherwise reduce my monthly bill!

@TiVo Your IOS Tivo app no longer can live stream. Cogeco Canada tech support says your app needs to be repaired. Are you working on it?

@cogecohelps @MIHomeYGK Cogeco needs to up its communication game! Last night I received an "apology" email - almost a week late. Apparently, "a few" customers were impacted - not tens of thousands. The email blamed an "external" problem - they took no responsibility.

And was able to set up my channel options I see it is not a available. I am close to cancelling over this because of a stupid move by @cogeco marketing. Step up and fix this now since I have Epico. No fair since CP24 is essential to this household. #cp24 #pissed #cogecoblunder

Honestly, I never complain but like my cogeco Internet has gone down 3 times in 2 weeks. For seriously hours at a time. I don’t even have kids in school and blessed for a work phone to pull data from - this is just seriously uncalled for and is getting annoying #Cogeco
