  Why does cogeco internet suck so hard 😤 they sent a technician just last week because I keep losing my wifi signal and they assured me that the issue was resolved, but I’ve been without a signal for damn near the whole evening.

  @ChartrDavid @cogeco It keeps going in & out and nobody seems to actually know what’s going on even though there’s presumably someone out there attempting to fix it who could shed some light.   @cogeco is the Internet down in Niagara Falls area? Got back and nothing is up, have tried reconnecting and that didn’t work either (resetting the modem and what not)

  @cogeco why when calling customer service any I given 2 different reasons why my cable is out? why does customer service ask me to reset my modem knowing it cuts off my cogeco phone when I do?

  @cogeco Nope, Epico is the worst internet based tv service out there! Sitting just now, yet another 'outage', no internet, no tv, no pvr, again!!! Should have stuck with @Bell_Support #cogecoEpico
