@niagaracatholic @cogeco I'm in Burlington, and I can't even call customer service. Have tried 3 Support numbers and they all say "out of service", nor can I access the Cogeco page. Soooo, yeah, it's a few other places!

@Carminevittori5 @cogeco I’ve been using cogeco for a couple years now. And literally the wifi drops all the time. It’s becomes very slow at times. I didn’t have a problem with bell at all. I switched to cogeco because it’s cheaper. And I regret it.

For users experiencing the Cogeco internet outage: If you have a Hitron router type 192.168.0.1 into your browser search bar. Username is cusadmin and password is Cogeco1! once you login click on the Basic tab, then the DNS menu. Change DNS1 to 8.8.8.8 and DNS2 to 8.8.4.4

@cogeco Hello, can you please tell me how to check for outages in my area? I have my kids at home trying to do on line schooling and our internet just went down (MacKenzie King Ave, St. Catharines, ON)
