    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps In other words, what can I do because @cogeco goes down so often, which takes me offline, which costs me a lot of money and reputation??? And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

    @cogecohelps I once joined a company called COGECO Known for their prices being OH SO LOW Their staff are so kind Assisting me they never mind Any other company would only be SO SO.

    Renegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for
