37 mins on hold now. If the queue to speak to the disconnection reps is this long, how many other @cogeco users are also leaving? My guess is either a LOT, or they've got 1 person answering this line. Either way, it's yet more poor customer service on their part /5

@mikelaw86 @solkumar @cogeco They told me that the increase is to cover improvements in their service. I have only been on a month so I have yet to see this, but I can say that they claim it is up to 1000mbps, but the max my tests have shown is 700mbps, and my game consoles never test above 200mbps.

Not off to a great start for the long weekend. 1. Came home to find the neighbours next door had cut the internet cables that were buried in their front lawn. Cogeco won't come until Sunday. 2. While on my run: some guy in a car stopped & rolled down his window to stare at me

@cogeco what a scam of a company, you can get services and set up on the same day but when you figure out the **** dosn't work and need to cancel all of a sudden nobody is trained to do so and they just keep transferring you to someone else who isn't qualified. Ben in hold 6.5hrs
