  I hate to talk negative about Cogeco services @cogecohelps. But internet is supposed to be up to 1GB but I am only getting around 100GB download and 6GB upload today when doing a speed test on a wired connection. What's the solution?

  @cogeco are you serious? Maintenance text said 12:00am until 6am and it is 9:29 and my kids cannot get online for school. Unacceptable! Cannot get through to an agent and have been hung up on twice! Now you website says the service will be down until 4pm. Unacceptable!

  @cogecohelps is there a problem with the channel guide listing for Handmaid’s Tale? CTV website shows that drama channel (830) will be airing it on Wednesday at 9 & 10pm yet Cogeco Guide does not show the listing?
