    .@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

    @cogeco Would be great if you could show some kindness to 3 of my neighbors and bury the cable serving my house which has lain across their lawns for 2 summers. Abysmal service despite repeated calls from myself and those neighbors.

    Cogeco is the worst internet service I’ve ever had and yes, I’m including when I was a kid and we only had dial-up.
