  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @CanadasLeafs @LeafsPassion85 Bell & Rogers are my only 2 real choices where I'm at. I hate both of them. If I had the option to get Telus, I'd never, ever get Rogers or Bell again. I'd even take Cogeco over both of them. But, I really want Telus to come to Atlantic Canada.

  @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng

  @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

  @cogeco Yeah I don't know what's going on with your company but whoever came out did my internet. It's definitely not working and I was told there was maintenance going on. I looked now there's no notification. I reset my modem and still not working. What the Hell
