@cogeco your website says our service issue is resolved. I have reset modem as instructed. Still no internet and your tech support line is saying we're still out. Which is it?

@SadlyCatless I'm with Cogeco. Super funny though. A Bell agent came by the house trying to win us back yesterday, while Rogers was dying in a ditch somewhere. Too bad Bell lines don't function even on the best of days.

Still on hold with @cogeco for over an hour to cancel, you've lost any chance of saving this customer.

@drewtremblay @wtccomm They use Cogeco’s lines. I really like this company. If I need equipment, they’re easy to get to. Service is excellent. Employees are local, not a call centre off shore.

@SamyiMo @TheBeaverton Clearly they should have redundancies. The fact Bell, TELUS, Shaw, Cogeco, Videotron, Sasktel, etc. already exist didn’t prevent Interac’s service from going down. How would another 5, 10 or 100 competitors have?

@ThornsandClaws @AdamWylde Dude, I owed $1.63, after I thought I paid all of my remaining bill when I switched to cogeco home internet, and they sent it to collections. Bell is a **** company. $1.63. $1.63!

@SmileyYYC @RogersHelps Yes. You want TV? You want internet? You want a provider that cares about you and would never leave you without internet for more than one day? Cogeco provides all of that. It seems like you work for Rogers, because I was surprised when you said no to Cogeco.

I keep getting warnings from Cogeco about interruptions this coming July 12, but so far my network has been okay. It was wonky yesterday morning, but now it's fine.

@JustinTrudeau Do something about the monopoly in our telecoms! There's no reason that #rogersoutrage should shut down airports, border crossing, ATMs, debit services, wifi, mobile and more. Action needs to happen, #Rogers needs to be broken up now! Bell and Cogeco next.
