    @cogeco your website says our service issue is resolved. I have reset modem as instructed. Still no internet and your tech support line is saying we're still out. Which is it?

    @VMediaCSR We’ve been without internet for 24 hours and your Support Team has suggested to us that the problem is with @cogeco @cogecohelps. How are we supposed to resolve this?

    @cogecohelps Thanks the issue is fixed but it appears that your outage fried my router and a very rude rep from @cogeco insists that they're not responsible for damage to equipment that we chose to connect to their equipment. Totally unacceptable and an awful way to treat a paying customer.

    I hate to talk negative about Cogeco services @cogecohelps. But internet is supposed to be up to 1GB but I am only getting around 100GB download and 6GB upload today when doing a speed test on a wired connection. What's the solution?

    Cogeco is the worst internet provider of all time and I don’t recommend it at all to anybody

    Has anyone tried the new Cogeco Epico TV service? Looking to ditch Shaw, and Bell is dead to me.
