    Gotta say the one part of owning a home that I could do without is door-to-door sales. It’s family day and really didn’t appreciate @cogeco pushing us to purchase their internet service and coming into my home.

    z0"beth norrad brought over eve mainnering's laptop. someone walked in to her cogeco mail and was able to delete all these emails she'd been saving from a friend in hong kong. nothing that i could do. i chatted w/ their tech support and all he suggested was change the password"

    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps, everyone seems to have their service back in Niagara except me? TV out, wifi working. Is maintenance still happening in Fort Erie, a heads up to customers would have been nice!

    @cogecohelps my street in Burlington has had a pretty lengthy and frustrating cogeco problem this week and I’d like to request we all get a bit more info if nothing else. It’s hard to be patient and understand why this problem is so unfixable

    @cogecohelps @cogeco After holding FOREVER nothing got resolved. I switched from Bell to Cogeco so I WOULDN'T have these problems yet here we are! I pay a FORTUNE per month for this cable service & have had NOTHING but problems for the 30 days. No I have not fixed or resolved ANYTHING! 1/2
