  Can someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭

  @cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

  @Reil76 @Bell Same here for years. Everytime i'll get. "I will send you a new reliever" Can i have a technician come out? "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway

  @justin_sens @Johnny_Tins @SteveOnSens Virgin and Cogeco respectively but have spent numerous unfortunate years with both Rogers and Bell as my phone service provider

  It’s going to take two days to create a ticket to fix my phone. 4 months now and @cogeco new mobile service is a mess. I don’t suggest switching to them.They’ve made a ticket to help me but they can’t figure out why my phone can’t make phone calls. 😡

  What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.

  @shoegirl68 @Bell Ya I’d switched to cogeco for awhile, and then bell sucked me back with a deal too good to turn down.
