@cogeco your website says our service issue is resolved. I have reset modem as instructed. Still no internet and your tech support line is saying we're still out. Which is it?

@cogeco Can’t access MyAccount, reset password, called Tech Support, they removed and made new account. Still unable to access it. Says password and username doesn’t match. Very frustrating. Guess you don’t want me to pay my Bill?

@cogecohelps I get that they are trying to fix it, my frustration is the glib use of the ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ message. If @cogeco was more focussed on providing excellent service and value for money given what we pay each month, the use of glib meaningless phrases would be zero

@cogecohelps It’s more than an inconvenience now, a blip in service is an inconvenience, over 4 hours of outage in the middle of the day needs another description - shocking service provision by @cogeco comes to mind. But after all we are just customers, why would we matter

Hey @cogeco, just so you know, your CODA-4589 router/modem combo sucks! I know that at least 3 of my friends would agree.

@CBCNews is just a blank screen. (By the way, as a public broadcaster, why should anyone have to sign up or download Gem to get the news?). Poor showing @cogeco and I look forward to my 4 day rebate on my next bill. (That’s a little humour there).

@cogecohelps @cogeco Help it make sense - I pay extra $35 for superspportspack with 35 channels & paid for sportsnet bundle with 6 sportsnet channels. Today the 2 NBA game I want to watch are on new sportsnet 360 channel that you have to add. Seems like a money grab scenario?
