    @cogeco your website says our service issue is resolved. I have reset modem as instructed. Still no internet and your tech support line is saying we're still out. Which is it?

    @merry123459 Sadly, Cogeco and Bell also play their games. None are a millimetre better. Until the government wakes up and breaks them down nothing changes.
