    @Niagara_411 @cogecohelps I think everyone should call cogeco tech support and ask them when services will be restored. Just keep calling and they’ll fix it if enough of us keep calling and asking.

    @cogeco Resolve your DNS issues. My internets up strictly because i changed the DNS server on my router. This is unacceptable from a network provider to have the same issue twice in a week

    @cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.
