@allanetmanski @cogeco I feel for you. I’m sorry. All of Canadian ISPs are the worst. They’re in their own Mafia. I have had nothing but the worst experience with them.

@Bell you guys suck, i'm moving to cogeco. Fibe50 is slow as hell, you jacked up my prices to $220 per month after one (1) year at $114 with taxes in, and your customer service department may as well be robots. and you keep firing people. kick rocks losers

Anybody switch to the new high speed internet package with @Cogeco? We did last weekend and got a new modem/router combo from them and are having problems with Zoom calls and the like. If anyone can offer some assistance it would be appreciated.

@unarose7 @TorontoStar Damn, nevermind... Despite being in Ontario it doesn't look like they cover my area... Probably would need teksavvy or cogeco to price match which would never happen 😔

  • HRHMystiRain MysticRainbowPotato (@HRHMystiRain) reported

Upgraded my internet speed so things like thus wouldnt happen. I still can't stream certain games and the live streams i watch freeze/buffer 10x more often I'm so happy I'm paying more now for crappier service! 🤨 Thanks Cogeco!

@TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz No need to DM. 2 questions: 1. Why is it impossible for you to deliver the upload speed I pay for, and 2. Why in hamilton am I paying for 120 down / 10 up what Toronto residents pay the same for 500 down / 30 up? (3) Why not just go with Cogeco at this point?
