    @cogeco your website says our service issue is resolved. I have reset modem as instructed. Still no internet and your tech support line is saying we're still out. Which is it?

    So what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.

    .@cogeco on hold. But good news I can press 1 to set up a call back and they commit to calling back within 24-48 HOURS. Are you ******* kidding me?? That is not how callbacks work you morons. Your epico service is garbage and your customer service is WORSE than garbage!!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
