    @cogeco your website says our service issue is resolved. I have reset modem as instructed. Still no internet and your tech support line is saying we're still out. Which is it?

    @ppreville @Ptbo_Canada @cogeco Yup. Ours is down. We have had to reset ours a couple times a week for the past year. But reset isn’t helping this morning.

    @cogeco Our internet is once again down! So clearly you did not fix the problem so much for reliable internet! I will send you my mobile data bill and will be calling for a discounted bill for services not rendered.

    @cogeco my internet has not been working properly since the large outage we had a few days ago, is there someone I can speak to as I called the tech support number on your website and it said number not in service. I have 2 kids that are learning online and need the internet
