The most infuriating thing about @cogeco's EPICO service-- or, more accurately, its device-- is that it CONSTANTLY keeps not just dropping its internet connection but randomly and inexplicably (and often!) "disabling" it with no discernible way to fix it. It's a clusterf*ck.

So cogeco is down Imagine if the monopoly of phone/ internet services ended. US $50 get unlimited data / North American calling on a phone. You could work off my phone. @JustinTrudeau @PierrePoilievre this should be a focus on the next election.

@cogeco provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.
