    @cogeco @RachB7666 Worst Customer Service from a company I have ever experienced…no one to talk with…24/48 hr reply…then when you do speak w/ them, you have to call back a month later because no change has been made.

    @cogecohelps Internet down again in StCatharines. I called tech support but there’s only a message telling me to go to the Cogeco website but your website is down. It’s disgraceful customers can’t speak to a live person. Been with you guys for 27 years but I’m switching tomorrow

    Plugged the fiber into the pedestal, and then ran it 5-6 feet up, in the various tree branches. 5 feet over multiple driveways, sagging down to 4 feet high.. Which means people can't use their driveways. I'm shocked the Cogeco employee hasn't cut it so he can use his driveway.

    @cogeco It is too bad that your customer service and billing departments don’t work as hard as your technicians…I became new customer in June2025… no end of problems with my bill… just spoke with Lynn, a manager…she can’t help me sort it out… THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING WITH COGECO
