Can’t believe @cogeco can’t respond today to multiple houses on our street without service. Likely due to construction on street. Notified them at 3 pm. Earliest response is tomorrow. Message must be to not put phone, tv & internet with same provider. @cogecohelps @cogeco

@cogeco has the worst service I've ever experienced. 3 routers and 4 service calls just so we can have wifi? Then I call to cancel and you hang up on me? Wow. Never again.

@cogeco @cogecohelps thank you for showing empathy. My internet became literally unusable last week and after multiple escalations your despatch dept sent the technician to fix my modem(replaced my modem). Finally stable internet. Credit where credit is due. Thanks for listening

@cogeco Hey, so I moved my modem and I did not look at the attention sign and it said that "moving this modem from address where initially installed, compromise 9-1-1 functionality", any idea how to fix it? P.S I tried putting a paperclip in the reset hole and I did it for 1/2

@cogecohelps A cogeco service truck. they were up on a pole with the lines and everything was working now they have left and we have no services.
