Bryn Swan (@BrynSwan) reported@cogecohelps #cogeco unbelievable bad service in Kingston. Was told by Tech that I could exchange bad modem on Sun in Cat ctr but store is closed!!! sign on door says they are open 11-5 Sun. Msg on phone says Tue-Fri. WTH. Get yourselves sorted! Mad mad mad customer.
