@BurlingtonHydro They are estimating it being restored at 10pm which sucks, could you let us know if this is @cogeco @cogecohelps fault. I got a notice they are doing upgrades in the area that could cause service disruption

@cogecohelps why is my cogeco wireless modem so unreliable. I have had nothing but problems with it for a few months. Called support and tech reset it. Only for it to be a temporary fix. I’ve gone through this several times.

@cogeco It’s now Tuesday and it’s still not updated on any of our devices. In this day and age - seems weird that Cogeco hasn’t prepared for daylight savings time. Is there an actual fix coming for this?

Contacted @cogecohelps guy tells me he can’t tell me what is available in my home cause I haven’t yet paid my bill this month. I explained he can and would. So he tried and failed. Simple task Cogeco. Not great customer service.
