@JeanetteSongolo @cogeco Thousands of people just switched from their Wifi to the cellular network. That's gonna cause some strain on the cell networks. Heavy load all at once.

@cogeco This seems like a good reason that services should be run underground so you don't have to deal with stupidity, and wow 1:00 am for services to be brought back up seems a little extreme.Don't get Me wrong I know it's a thankless job, I do appreciate and hope for fast resolution.

@cogecohelps Im have been waiting patiently since 8am for a Cogeco tech to arrive & fix my Internet. Is there any way to find out if he/she will actually come today?
