@Ckuchy Hi Chris, according to the Cogeco outage board they are saying there are technicians currently working on the issue and they are currently saying an ETA of approximately 4:45 PM. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
@cogecohelps @cogeco No. My modem is still not online. I have reset it with the little button by pressing it for 3 seconds, I have unplugged it and removed the battery (which doesn't work)and plugged it back in after a couple of mins (did this a few times) and still nothing
@MaryamMonsef @cogeco Maybe you can ask them why they disconnected my internet from teksavvy without asking and left me with no internet over the holidays and refuse to help and or send anyone to fix it.
@cogecohelps you came into my building disconnected my internet and now refuse to help me or send a technician. Cogeco completely DESTROYED my holiday and any chance at seeing extended family over the quarentine. This is disgusting and everyone at Cogeco should be ashamed.
@cogeco what’s going on? It’s not even 3 weeks and been calling you guys so often with issues, do you guys want to resolve issues or should I move back to my previous service provider ????

@cogeco is it standard practice for your service technicians to enter an apartment complex and disconnect someone's internet without notice? and then refuse to help or acknowledge what happened because I'm not a customer. my ISP confirmed what happened.
