This is brutal @cogeco We've lived in Petawawafor 3 years & I have never experienced SO many outages in my life. We pay so much money a month for a service that doesn't work anytime the weather turns crappy 😒

  • pczuk Pczuk (@pczuk) reported

@BerardD @candacelynnxo @cogecohelps Bell is far more reliable, along with any competitor. Cogeco service is the worst, by far! I'll get over the outage when they admit there's an outage in my area.

  • leaf_rob Rob (@leaf_rob) reported

@cogeco is there internet outage in the Stoney creek mountain area?

  • ceemady ChiChi C (@ceemady) reported

Also, Cogeco gave me my $200 plan for $120 since I was trying to cancel/downgrade my services. So this WHOLE TIME I was just paying them extra for fun?! Smh. Thankful regardless.

@cogecohelps Thank you to the workers who went out to fix the issue so promptly especially in this weather. And thank you Cogeco for the transparency. Not having internet sucks but not having answers is worse so thank you for

@cogeco That really happen often. Kids can’t follow their online class and. Home phone line not working as well. Security issues for my kids. So I need to stay home.

  • Th3BadWolf Jay (@Th3BadWolf) reported

@cogeco Yeah, if you could have a redundant network that doesn't go down when one link goes down that'd be great, especially when you charge 100$/month for it or more...

  • Trishy_R Trish (@Trishy_R) reported

@chich_ma @cogecohelps Sometimes downdetector is wrong :( I just wish cogeco would create some outage map like the hydro companies do. Or at least tweet about areas with outages.

  • rj_tweety rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported

@cogecohelps why does it always take so long to login to Cogeco via the sportsnet app? And frequently get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable nginx/1.19.1 error? Not enough capacity to handle multiple authentication tasks?
