@610CKTB Change your DNS setting to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and it should get you back up and running. Issue is with Cogeco's DNS server.

@ShawnyRHarvey @gunner101 @cogeco Oddly, I've been having the opposite results! Same issue but laptop spins and phone works.. (Maybe it's the data plan?) ANYWAY.... hope you get back at it soon enough!

@cogeco Since Cogeco probably doesn’t want you doing so, for those that know how, this issue can be resolved by changing your DNS server on your modem/router settings. Google’s DNS server is 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.
