    Hey @cogeco 🇨🇦 You are by far the worst internet provider out there. I’ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, I’ll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy 👍

    @cogeco Some of you would remember this from when I lost my **** because of cable bill and others I lost over 1,345 from my bank account being on low income I had to go and ask around for us polices where backing me up not TD police even said closed your bank account many had problems

    @kitty_kattkait @cogecohelps What’s your theory that some Cogeco employee rammed in to a power wire? Lmao. You people are insufferable. Something caused the wiring to cut off the internet.     Massive Cogeco outage affecting internet connections and retail POS services, also causing collateral slowdown of other data services as large numbers of customers attempt to temporarily switch to personal cellphone hotspots.

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?
