    @toddycoupe @neverfever @outagedetect I had to do it in my modem/router since my mesh WiFi was failing with the broken DNS. If you're using the Cogeco WiFi you should be able to set on either laptop or router.

    @cogeco i wish there were more providers in oakville like @Rogers because we only have cogeco and bell and cogeco only beats bell by a little bit, theyre both bad

    @constanzapool @cogeco No extra cost. Think of it like using Google's "phonebook" to translate addresses rather than Cogeco's. When the outage is resolved, I would switch it back to the previous state but there's also no harm in continuing to use Google's DNS servers (or any other DNS servers).
