The service territories for Rogers and Cogeco are exclusive and do not overlap. If you live in an area serviced by Cogeco (or other cable provider) Rogers won't be able to provide services.

Thompson (@JacobThomper) reported@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home). They are literally selling DSL and calling it fibre.
