@cogecohelps - is Cogeco Cory anywhere to be found? I have called in half a dozen times four of those times it says the number is not connected and the other two I got hung up on. I was also disconnected from my “chat” with “customer service” online after waiting close to an hour

@cogeco Is the increase in rates starting February going to address how poor of a product Epico is? Live games are always in a 30-35 second delayed and last night the images were quite choppy. Not a great product, but stuck with it! It's a shame because the internet is not bad.

Can’t even sign on through @Cogeco on the TSN app to watch the Grey Cup. “Internal client error.” Meanwhile, Cogeco Epico TV still down.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Completely unacceptable!! I can understand an hour or two but all day is unacceptable!! I have elderly parents who rely on television. Switched from Bell to this???? I understand technology fails but this is beyond fail. As of 6:33, no TV.
