    @cogeco outage again in Kingston. This is absolutely ridiculous. 3rd outage in less than a week. They make us pay a premium just so we have 3 outages in less than two weeks. We better get compensation for this BS. Fix your internet. #cogecooutage

    Hi @Cogeco, could you please confirm whether evening phone support for existing-account and billing issues has been discontinued? It appears customers can still call in the evening to purchase new services, but not to deal with an existing account. Is that correct?

    @cogecohelps Hey Cogeco. I was made aware that something on my network is being used without my permission to participate in cyberattacks. Would you be able to tell me the time this occurs if I called in
