@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@cogecohelps How many times in a day does one have to reboot their modem with Cogeco? It seems kinda pointless to have your techs fix it when it just happens again and again. Maybe provide not so ****** equipment?
