    @cogeco Did not receive a call or a message about the truck breaking down. Had to call to find out lol. Waiting here like an idiot. Absolutely sickening. You guys have to get your **** together. Very unprofessional. Expect a bill coming your way. I’m pissed right off

    @maddferret84 My internet dude. Not working. Little bit of everything. Weather caused my internet to stop working and Cogeco and the city are doing nothing about it. Even hard wired my modem. It’s all ****** up man. My ***** are swollen

    @cogeco @cogecohelps really disappointed right now ordered cable and a new modem last week never got the email saying it was shipped and tracking number, woke up this morn internet isn't working and when I called they said my equipment will be here today and thats why my internet

    Had Cogeco not had that outage last Friday. My internet uptime would have been 100% Calculation interval : 2022-11-01 00:00:00 - 2022-12-01 00:00:00 Total Connected Time : 29d 19:15 Total Disconnected Time : 0d 04:44 Total Availability : 99.34%

    @TekSavvyCSR just curious if there is a widespread outage right now? I’m Niagara using Cogeco and my connection is down and there is a massive hold time on support.
