    I can’t believe how bad the new #cogeco user interface is for Tivo ... most of the time it doesn’t work if you’re trying to get to anything other than the channel listings... they have made my mind for me... dropping cable after #epl season in May

    cogeco is slow in windsor don't ever get @cogeco internet it sucks and i am going to switch to MNSi as soon as possible because you guys just tell me to reboot my router every time like its my issue when the upload speeds randomly go down my 1000%

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @moi1975 No we have TekSavvy for internet. It was Cogeco that we were with that caused us to be down for 2 months and never got resolved so we left all services with Cogeco.

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps hire me 2 conduct corporate service training. As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

    @cogeco OMG I am sooo glad I got rid of your service! I will NEVER come back. A man who said he was from Cogeco with a badge which I said I could make that, he wanted the boxes back, he said I’m going to waste his time coming back I said that’s fine I have the labels from

    @cogecohelps Hey. I have been noticing an issue with your Arris DCX525 boxes messing up CEC and HDMI-ARC on all makes and models of modern TV's. I work in the service industry and am not a Cogeco customer. Can I get a PM from a high level tech support please :). Thanks.

    Also I know I rip on Cogeco/Rogers a lot for their depressing PSA’s but at least they never aired Just For Laughs Gags before a game
