    A car hit an electric pole this morning and my @startca internet outage has been down all day, along with a big part of my neighbourhood area (as it uses @cogeco's line). Good thing I have a lot of mobile data.

    @y3vvv @cogecohelps @cogeco Not good enough Cogeco. You need to build resilience into your network. A single point of failure like this is unacceptable. Credits required for all affected customers.
