Another banner morning for @cogeco . Wake up, grab a coffee and want watch the news before I start the work day only to have TV, Internet go out . Happening far to often. Really close to cutting cord. Extremely frustrating service and I pay way too@much for it

Just got Bell Fibe a few days ago and we love it for speed. We used to watch CFTO news at 6:00 pm on Cogeco now the fibe station has the stock market ticker tape going,the weather forecast and the road forecast going, talk about distracting what the hell. Get rid of the crap.

@cogeco Im waiting another 5 days for installation of internet.. Tech came 2h before the time frame. Never called. I Left work early to be home for the time frame of 5pm-8pm. My child starts online learning Wednesday. This installation was scheduled for Monday jan 3rd.

@startca @PlayWatchGames1 Have had the exact same issue since Monday at least. 0.3 Mbps instead of 10. I'm in Burlington, L7T. Can't be a coincidence since you're close. Spoke with Start technical support today and they say that Cogeco is reporting no problems and suggested replacing my modem.

@cogecohelps There was an outage for a few hours. Got a text message from Cogeco about 40 mins after I tweeted that. Resolved now
