    @cogeco @cogecohelps Can u explain why my in-laws home was the only house on the street without service during the outage while their next door neighbours beside them and across the street with Cogeco had service???? Doesn’t make sense.

    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
