    @cogecohelps Anas, its been a week and i have yet to get a call from the tech to sort out our simple issue. How much longer??? Our patience is wearing thin. 3 tickets and no resolution!! C'mon, Cogeco used to be in top of their game. What happened????

    @cogeco My neighbour was planting flowers and I had an internet outage for almost a week! Why can't you conseal your cables or dig deeper underground? This has been an ongoing issue ever since I signed up for Cogeco! 😠

    @rrushinko @cogeco That's the weird thing with @cogeco, they have really good customer service for the most part. Not much waiting, very attentive. The issue is that whatever they do to fix the problem either doesn't work or the problem is only solved for a day or two max before it comes back.

    .@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps #Cogeco is having a 12 hour internet outage in my neighborhood today. I called and asked if I can be let out of my contract without penalty. They said no because I don't call them every time the internet goes down. Good job guys.

    @crackshottv @cogeco @RealStrongLegs I never had issues with bell fibe. I’m wired so I can’t speak for how good their default router is but internet never goes down. Low ping. Good times
