I came to know from your customer care (actually they don't care about customer) that my appointment is canceled due to some technical issues and no one from cogeco try to inform me about that until I called. And then the guy who was speaking with me today told me that he submit

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hey, so I see my monthly rates are going up so you can improve your network... yet you don't seem interested in improving it in MY area... why am I subsidising people getting gig internet when I can't even get 1/6th of that?

  • tishhitsthefan Badum.Tish (@tishhitsthefan) reported

Finally decided to cut the Cogeco cord. I've been unhappy with their hiccup-filled, over-priced internet service for years, and just got word of a price hike. One of their competitors was having a sale, so the timing seemed ideal 1/

@cogecohelps So I have a question. I complained about services and outages and now I just got an email a week later saying I’m getting state home of $6 for internet AND $6 for tv? Your service isn’t worth what we pay now. I’ll be cancelling before this takes effect. Bye cogeco

First day out of pride month and Cogeco is already being transphobic by having my net go down when I'm trying to start stream 😔😔

  • IndyW12 IndyW (@IndyW12) reported

@cogeco has service to the Yates and Symons crossing been cut?

  • tnt_trevor Trev (@tnt_trevor) reported

@JamesJoYo @cogecohelps People can't fathom the cost and amount of work it takes to provide such lines, and the fact that it's not up to cogeco to provide them, it's up to the towns, municipalities and cities they are being provided to to front that bill, so your issue should be with your local town.

@ElSeldo @KatyaKnappe You're not with Cogeco i take it? They're pods solve that problem

  • tishhitsthefan Badum.Tish (@tishhitsthefan) reported

37 mins on hold now. If the queue to speak to the disconnection reps is this long, how many other @cogeco users are also leaving? My guess is either a LOT, or they've got 1 person answering this line. Either way, it's yet more poor customer service on their part /5
