    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogeco your service is horrible. Epico is terrible. Completely random technology. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Your customer service is worse. After 6 months of being polite I am done. You suck.

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better

    @cogecohelps My PC. Mobile is second but its getting slow and no devices available yet from cogeco mobile. Hope available before 2027 but doubtful

    @cogeco don’t ever waste your money! They’re a fraud company. They won’t even let you cancel the service or answer the phone!! 💩

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.
