    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx

    @cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco
