@cogeco Would be great if you could show some kindness to 3 of my neighbors and bury the cable serving my house which has lain across their lawns for 2 summers. Abysmal service despite repeated calls from myself and those neighbors.

@rrushinko @cogeco That's the weird thing with @cogeco, they have really good customer service for the most part. Not much waiting, very attentive. The issue is that whatever they do to fix the problem either doesn't work or the problem is only solved for a day or two max before it comes back.

@cogecohelps @Almightygoogly @cogeco Don’t do it anyways. Worst internet out there, trust me I use it at home. Drops service everyday. Literally everyday.

.@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

@cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.

@cogecohelps Hi, 2x48 hrs have passed and we have been promised a call by a technician. On the phone at the moment and they want to issue another ticket with another promise of a call within 24-48 hrs!!!!!!! Cogeco service used to be good. What happened?
