    My favourite part of @cogeco raising their prices constantly is that their service NEVER gets better & it always gets worse but yes, continue to raise your prices. 👍🏻

    @cogeco a truck comes down our street rips all the overhead lines out. I get told they will send someone Friday? Unacceptable!!! Maybe my brief time with cogeco will come to an end.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

    @cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

    @primus4home the service is back, 24 hours after we paid (speed of light = 300k km/s; it's only 40 km to her apt from your ofcs). I feel Cogeco gaining on you.
