    @cogeco It's bad enough that BBC CANADA is done (according to the channel itself it's not supposed to be unavailable until DECEMBER 31), and as per usual Cogeco has to end it two weeks earlier (like you did Vice), but it is totally rude when today is the last day and you end it @ 805am!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco can’t believe this. New service was supposed to start on the 16th but you guys didn’t deliver any devices and now we’re not expecting it until atleast the 18th. This is how you guys start off a new service in 2020? Think it’s already time to switch providers.

    @cogecohelps Perfect. Turns out it was an issue with my Cogeco email acct. A CSR tried to help but had to create a ticket for escalation to the mysterious guys who solve everything but can't answer the phones...lol.

    @cogecohelps you came into my building disconnected my internet and now refuse to help me or send a technician. Cogeco completely DESTROYED my holiday and any chance at seeing extended family over the quarentine. This is disgusting and everyone at Cogeco should be ashamed.

    @koopy @Xplornet @elonmusk Damn we could use this in town now. Over 32 people on our node during the day now. Used to be 3 or 4. Some days Internet is slooow. Cogeco needs to pay attention as well.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco No. My modem is still not online. I have reset it with the little button by pressing it for 3 seconds, I have unplugged it and removed the battery (which doesn't work)and plugged it back in after a couple of mins (did this a few times) and still nothing
