@TKL5555 @cathy_qb @losinghopein No one believes me that Cogeco signed me up once for $10/month for their basic cable b/c the marketing agent knew how bad it is to be on Ontario Works. Anyone on ODSP pending has to live on $200 a month for however long it takes to approve the application. 7 months? Longer?

@cogeco I have a tech coming to my house as we take possession. I assume it's a Coaxial cable that is brought from an existing buried line. A modem is attached, perhaps to be located in the garage or service panel or? From that modem is there an ethernet output and/or Coaxial? /2

@JonJurmain Are you or those clients with Cogeco? *I* got blacklisted by Cogeco out of the blue as a spammer several weeks ago. I rarely even send out CC emails much less lists. It resolved after I complained but they never notified me; I had to keep sending tests out.

@cogecohelps Sandra, I’m a 15 year customer and no one else in Canada has my name. Look me up and you will see many, many notes and ‘tickets’. Do some homework and you DM me what Cogeco intends to do to provide the services I am paying for. I have spent enough of my time already. Your turn

Why is it that restaurants fight for our loyalty and business with rewards/loyalty programs when we NEED food to survive yet companies like @Rogers @cogeco @Bell do little to keep our business, show nothing for loyalty and offer some of the worst services around?

@TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews I’ve since moved and they have service here but I’m using Virgin on their lines. Bell’s coverage further up the 105 isn’t great. Cogeco do a better job at some parts but not that far out! It’s ridiculous to suggest this connection wasn’t due to the Bell CEO’s cottage.

@cogecohelps what is going on with cogeco internet these days? Ive had more internet issues in the last year than in the last 15 years I’ve been with cogeco! Outages, slow speed. And now no tv either because of epico

@cogeco You keep cutting off my internet for boxes that were to be picked up months ago.Jeannette in the credit dpt is amazing but you’ve done this to my kids 3x ..@Fordnation why is internet not an essential service for schoolkids during lockdown?? They are super upset
