@cogeco @cogeco After leaving my mom without a phone for a week, you missed your appointments again. Oh well I think she’s going back to Bell as she’d like a service that works.

Trying to deal with nagging feeling that we are paying for far too many Cogeco channels we never watch. The web site channel package selector thing is certainly unhelpful. I'm sure that's no accident.

@cogeco I'm locked out of my account. I had to change my password. Finally got it to work for email, but I can't get back into "my account". They sent me a validation code, that worked, but when I tried to sign in I couldn't. Spent an hour holding for tech.
