@cogeco what the hell are you guys doing, our internet’s down and when I call customer service it says “welcome to URL Adam’s 31 “ and then dead air for 20 minutes? Why is your internet constantly going out when we have the fastest modem you have

  • simplythekenny Fullmetal AllKenneth 🇨🇦 (@simplythekenny) reported

@JohnDou38694475 @startca Typically, with issues like these, Cogeco would be responsible for it. Without an absolute diagnosis, we can't tell who exactly is to blame but if Cogeco is responsible that might explain the miscommunication, the lengthening of the issue, and why Cogeco is actively brushing off.

@markhmasters @TSNTennis Hi, this is OT but I use to be able to record several TSN Tennis matches at once. Now when I setup my recording I can only record say tsn865, not 863 simultaneously for Wimbledon. Same was for Roland Garos. Is this my provider Cogeco issue?

  • lndmommy stephanie (@lndmommy) reported

@cogeco internet is so crap that I lose connection to the internet while plugged in directly to the modem. Makes sense.

  • LauzonBradley Bradlifer (@LauzonBradley) reported

@cogeco how is it third party websites have a better idea of outages and problems than cogecos website?

  • DougFuoco Doug Fuoco (@DougFuoco) reported

@SammyJo58 @startca sometimes things happen that are out of peoples control. they worked all day to fix it and it seems to be working for me now. 6 hours out of 72 is a large percentage but couldn't he extend it by 6 hours? bell has down time as well i remember from being a customer. so does cogeco

  • Djamwindsor Geppetto (@Djamwindsor) reported

@cogeco Is it better than your **** cable service that is pixelating at a nearly unwatchable rate?

  • kayleeb1991 Kay B (@kayleeb1991) reported

@JohnDou38694475 @startca I chatted at Cogeco earlier today and they said it was a ‘signal issue in the area’ so at least at that time even Cogeco thought it was their problem haha

  • alchemymondays Alchemy Mondays 🎴 (@alchemymondays) reported

@cogeco can you get your **** together? Internets been running like **** for the entire freaking day.

  • theMediaman Stephen Wear Your Mask Clark (@theMediaman) reported

@Bryson_M They're going to have to sell off some assets, like Bell did for MTS. I could see them selling off the division to Cogeco or @Videotron *me dreaming* If Videotron bought Freedom's mobile network, they'd have coverage in the four most populous provinces.
