    @cogecohelps cogeco was here yesterday at condo building,noise in line(?). He left and we have been without internet since. Tech support made us do the rest of modem, didn’t work. Tech/service needs to fix this

    @Lexi58746074319 @cogecohelps @cogeco Yeah **** happens, I get that, you can’t even get on their site to get any info and they don’t go out of their way to give you any information. It seems to be happening a lot!

    @cogecohelps I can't access my cable or my internet - can't even access the Cogeco site itself right now to check for outages. (Postal code is P1B 9L6) Can you help?

    in the lobby of both bldgs in my complex b/c apt. residents to not get parcel delivery, despite the "door to door service fees" we pay. Cogeco, Bell, Rogers all have parcels sent here for many tenants....The Shopper's Drug Mart at the University Plaza, Dundas, ON is bad...

    @cogeco Are you having intermittent issues in Kingston this morning? My home service is spotty at best. 😕
