D (@DebbieB55) reported@cogeco Why does the on demand only provide 8/10 episodes for NeXt while my friend who is a Bell customer has access to all 10 episodes? I’ve had to download the global app on my tablet to watch the final two episodes. Unhappy customer!

kunal (@bhattkunal21) reported@cogeco we called customer service and they do some speed test and say its 1 Gbps buy why do shows buffer then? we had fido before and speed was 75 mbps but it was so smooth. Totally dissatisfied. we did not have choice of fido before moving to windsor.
