  @cogeco @OhlOfficial Start by having a service that dosent break every 2 days... it's been over 1 and half year at this point that I cant upload or play Xbox or stream on twitch

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @merry123459 Sadly, Cogeco and Bell also play their games. None are a millimetre better. Until the government wakes up and breaks them down nothing changes.

Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

  @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

  @cogecohelps @cogeco You admit to a new cellular customer your service is problematic atm and won’t change anytime soon in regards to coverage etc but won’t give me a months credit for absolutely bargain basement service after 4 agents and 45 minutes on hold? #cogecomobile

  @NotMe595959 @peggy_blair Lol try that with Cogeco and see what happens. They don't give a **** because there's so little choice thanks to the monopoly these media companies enjoy. For every customer they lose they get 2 back.
