    @cogeco Sad face. Every morning I wake up, and my smart Google assistant has lost connection. I can't turn on my lights. My phone says No Internet available. This is at least once a day and I've swapped modem brands. I am about to cancel my Niagara Cogeco 1GB Internet

    I implore you to never use @cogeco. Terrible, overpriced service. Not worth your time or money.

    @cogeco Why does the on demand only provide 8/10 episodes for NeXt while my friend who is a Bell customer has access to all 10 episodes? I’ve had to download the global app on my tablet to watch the final two episodes. Unhappy customer!

    @cogeco we called customer service and they do some speed test and say its 1 Gbps buy why do shows buffer then? we had fido before and speed was 75 mbps but it was so smooth. Totally dissatisfied. we did not have choice of fido before moving to windsor.

    @cogecohelps my internet is down for past one week and I cannot seem to be able to get anyone from cogeco to come out and fix it. Is that the normal service level to expect ?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps A 5 day turnaround is a poor show of customer service, considering how much you bill per month, you would think you would have more integrity in serving your clients
