  @ashley88817465 Cogeco is from Quebexico... so outages are normal Quality Internet, cell service is third world standards in Canada anyway

  @cogeco, I teach high school. You’ve had 2 outages in the last 2 weeks and I’ve had to call in 2 more times for tech help because my speed has been low. What the hell!? Now I have to wait until FRIDAY to get a tech here!? Unacceptable! Fix it or I’m gone!

  @cogeco I have had outages on Jan 5, 8, 11 and twice today. I refuse to pay $100 for this abysmal service!
