@cogeco better show up within an hour and twenty minutes or I am going to be a very disgruntled person on their customer service phone lines.

@PhilWarner19 @MaloneOCSB Cogeco isn’t available in rural areas. We have very limited options. We pay higher prices for less service. They also slow us down during peak hours due to overcrowded towers.

@cogeco / @cogecohelps I think I've found a bug with IPv6 and the Hitron modem you give out for gigabit service. I'd like to pass on my findings if someone there cares. Is there any way for me to get in contact with someone on your team to pass on steps to reproduce?

@cogecohelps Information sent-I’ve spoken with half a dozen people this week at Cogeco. The fact that my Internet is still down is appalling.

Trying to deal with nagging feeling that we are paying for far too many Cogeco channels we never watch. The web site channel package selector thing is certainly unhelpful. I'm sure that's no accident.
