chris toreos (@ImToreos) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco Sorry Karen but in my previous DMs with Cogeco regarding this, they see no issue, nor does the tech, it only happens in the evening after hours, so no tech can ever see it happen, they end up saying its fine, i get a router switch, it keeps happening.

Nick Benik (@hackerceo) reported.@cogeco should do something about having a non-toll free number on their website so that visiting Americans can call to report internet and TV outages in K7L 1A6. Toll free numbers that block Americans is bad service if you don't have backup contact info.
