Cogeco once snitched and said someone was watching porn on our wifi, my mom questioned the **** outta me I had to play it off saying someone maybe has our wifi password 😭😭 I was young I know better now

@cogeco Since my internet was slow ,I had a Cogeco technician fix a new modem last Thursday.Since then we have intermittent internet disruptions every 5 minutes and come back within 1 minutes.I called tech department on Friday and explained and they booked a technician for tomo.

.@cogecohelps Did Cogeco change formats with OLN (Outdoor Life Network - Ch. 56 in Windsor)? It has been medical/crime dramas over the last 24-48 hrs, which isn't what's in the guide nor what's normally on that station. #Cogeco

@cogecohelps The guide is usually wrong about info on a lot of movies and spelling errors but we love the ID CHANNEL and like to bookmark a head but we can't do this because it's showing shows for a another channel cogeco guide needs help with whoever is in charge

@cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.
