@cogeco @cogecohelps I did contact them because my recorded shows still won’t work and they couldn’t tell me ****.

It even why I stopped going with companies such as Bell or Cogeco as these were stunts they also pulled even tho Bell was alot worse as they would go against their own contracts to ever so gradually raise our bills than what was agreed upon for monthly service.

  • oiler3535 Kris (@oiler3535) reported

Seriously @cogeco @cogecohelps Epico is NOT going to last if "live" sports are always 20 seconds behind. That's ridiculous. Do you bounce your feed off the moon a half dozen times? Brutal. And not a tech issue.

@AnjaKaradeglija The CRTC has never been there protect Canadians. Ever since CRTC was established it has been actively helping Bell Canada, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, Cogeco, etc. to gouge Canadian consumers. In Canada there is no effective consumer protection for Canadians.

@josh_leverton @Bell_Support When I was with Cogeco. If something like this happened, They did give you a credit if they couldn’t fix the issue for a long time like this. We had better wifi with Cogeco as well. Bell is so disappointing.

  • CallMeHalfPnt Elizabeth Diamond (@CallMeHalfPnt) reported

What a way to start the day: Go online to check out our local debate by @cogeco and get asked to create an account to support local journalism, yet the party I'm supporting in the election was excluded from the debate. 🤨 #VoteNewBlue #NewBlue2022 for change!!

  • SylviaBolle Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported

@cogecohelps Well that sucks. Cogeco is really lagging behind the competition then. Rogers Ignite was the best service I ever had. I sure hope they come into our area very soon. Cogeco needs to step up their game.

  • kkuruvilla KevinK (@kkuruvilla) reported

@cogecohelps hey Cogeco , my internet is down in Oakville - Glen Abbey neighborhood , tried resetting my modem twice but no change

@Bell_Support Bell Fibe not working. Can not connect to support. In the Hamilton area. I’m done with bell. I’m switching to Cogeco which offers way better download speed and the same tv package for half the price and no contract.
