Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

Not impressed. @cogeco are sending a technician on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Unimpressed with the lot of you. 3 of my neighbours have had the same experience.

chad (@sylvestor1967) reported@ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.
