@cogecohelps @NikkiC1245 @cogeco I have and I get the same answers each time. Unplug the modem… the service I’m paying for should work without me having to reset everything regularly. If Cogeco can’t provide the service then they need to compensate when I’m paying for said service.

@primus4home the service is back, 24 hours after we paid (speed of light = 300k km/s; it's only 40 km to her apt from your ofcs). I feel Cogeco gaining on you.

@cogecohelps @misterleggett @cogeco No kidding. What clued you in? When I said this kind of stuff keeps happening for 2 years? As I said, my next call to Cogeco will be to cancel this very unreliable service. I gave you 2 years with no improvement

@cogeco What if you have to do this almost everyday. Would you say that is a quality product? Refund Oct, and fix epico. That package hasn’t worked in 2 plus yrs. It’s garbage. Time to cancel Cogeco.

@cogeco just letting you know im stoping my service from you as will my entire family. As you cannot provide a reliable service thay stays on more then a month. I pay good money for garbage internet service thats as reliable as dial-up from 20 years ago. Good bye forever.

My favourite part of @cogeco raising their prices constantly is that their service NEVER gets better & it always gets worse but yes, continue to raise your prices. 👍🏻
