@TekSavvyCSR can you tell me what type of DSL options you have in Frankford Ontario? All your site shows are cable options. Since @cogeco refuses to fix faulty lines cable is useless to me. And @Bell just keeps cranking up the prices of our 10/1 internet. nearing $95 now.

@cogecohelps From 6.57 am till 9.30sh pm .. no phone service, no internet and no tv. Waiting & wondering when service would be restored. Luckily we had iPhone service with Rogers. It was working. We anticipate some sort of credit from Cogeco on our next billing.

@cogeco One broken pole and the entire area with no internet for 12+ hours is something I didn’t expect in 2022.
