@PMStroud @cogecohelps Gotta be honest Peter, we dropped Cogeco a year or two ago, I still recall their service outages. Haven't had those issues with Bell's fibre network (and I'm not a fan of that company...). We also dropped cable. Saved a bundle on better service.

@cogecohelps Amy... @cogeco is down again.

  • SiniGrko Sinisa Grkovic (@SiniGrko) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco, our internet in North Burlington is down again and all of sudden on your website is showing that you have planned maintenance for next 4 hours? If it was planned why did you not make us aware of it ahead of time? Will it be really 4hrs?

@cogeco internet isn’t working in Vineland, but website says there are no outages. Anybody else having problems?

@PMStroud @cogecohelps Just a note, I'm with Teksavvy in ygk, using cogeco cable. Whenever I've seen cogeco outage notices, I haven't experienced the same with teksavvy. About 5 years experience with them and no issues, cheaper too. I'm a work from home tech person, no tolerance for outages.

@TorontoStar With @cogeco and pay like $130 a month for 1GB download which sounds fantastic but only really get 100 MBs tops. That would be bad as is but ontop of that there are constant weekly outages it's just another big company lying and stealing.

@cogecohelps @cogeco @Muskoka411 Thanks Cole. I called support this morning and we resolved the router issue. I had terrific support from the call centre. Thank you!

@cogeco TV and Internet down in SE Oakville right now. ETA?

  • BarbeeHaze Barbara Hayes (@BarbeeHaze) reported

@cogecohelps Out again... thankful my teenager will be back in class next week. The constant interruptions is not conducive to online learning, or working from home. We're going to have to check out other internet service providers, given the situation. @cogeco #Kingston

@Reluctant_tweet @cogecohelps @cogeco Haha; I've had cogeco for exactly 2 weeks now and it's been down twice. I'm also paying for a business lobster ($141/month; 3 year commitment).
