    @killerbanker @cogeco We’ve unfortunately had the opposite experience...4 months with cogeco and we have had more speed issues and outages then we had in 4 years with Bell...unfortunately Cogeco is our only option in our new home.

  • PattiAnnPowers1 Patti Ann Powers (@PattiAnnPowers1) reported

    @cogeco Not working in Windsor....even after attempting a reboot.

  • sellsy013 Jen (@sellsy013) reported

    @cogeco Still not working after reboot in Halton.

  • Cryptics13 Michael (@Cryptics13) reported

    @Outnumbered5_1 @cogeco These things happen, and can happen to literally any isp. This is the first major outage in years. At least to my knowledge. No one will refund you for a few hours of outage, unless you want to call and complain.

  • Cryptics13 Michael (@Cryptics13) reported

    @Outnumbered5_1 @cogeco (2) Also a simple change of the DNS server could have fixed the issue yourself.

  • jebba67 Big Red Jeb A.K.A. The Ginger Ninja (@jebba67) reported

    @RobertL05464438 @cogeco Sure is. I want to call about other issues with the equipment...no can do

  • Outnumbered5_1 Craig Wilkie (@Outnumbered5_1) reported

    @Cryptics13 @cogeco And thanks for this too. Although maybe it would have been useful to those that didn’t know that a DNS server change would fix it to share that earlier?! Possibly not so ‘simple’.

  • bj_pitt Barb Pitt (@bj_pitt) reported

    @cogeco Still not working 🙄

  • Timi_TV_ Timi (@Timi_TV_) reported

    @NikCHussle @cogeco All the more reason to voice your displeasure, my neighbour has tech savvy and he was never out. They use cogeco lines so that means it was a DNS problem. If you change your router settings you'll get internet again. Plenty of people have done this to fix the problem.

    @cogeco Are we going to be refunded for the almost 8 hrs with out the service !!!
