    So neat. @cogeco goes offline twice in a week. You try to call support and it's offline. You try to call customer service to cancel the crappy service and... It's offline too. @cogecohelps can you please cancel my service?

    @Niagara_411 @cogecohelps I think everyone should call cogeco tech support and ask them when services will be restored. Just keep calling and they’ll fix it if enough of us keep calling and asking.

    @Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

    @cogeco I am a teacher and unable to get online or reach cogeco support for assistance. I am using data to teach, and while I understand the stress on the system, I would appreciate some support in helping to rectify this issue immediately. Thank you!

    @cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.
