    @Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT. Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

    So what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco β€” you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my β€œpromotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Is Epico down ? None of the channels are connecting. Internet and home phone is functioning. Have reset the modem a few times already ?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"
