    @cogecohelps @KiloAlpha11 I mean sure, but since a couple other ISPs are fine, and 40-65% of the city has power - fair to ask why Rogers doesn't have to wait on an update from (a non-existant) entity called Peterborough Hydro, but Cogeco does, no?     Hello @cogecohelps @cogeco my wifi was down at 2pm today and still isn’t back up but the website says no outages in my area. I’m in north end Peterborough ON. What’s going on? I also tried re starting my router and nothing .

    I couldn't resist. Checked @cogeco again at 8:31 am. It says the outage will be resolved at 9:31 am. It's good to know they are making progress.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally! Another great feature would be to not text us everyday when your service is down while simultaneously sending invoices for that service.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally. You should offer a “feature” where your server Chez don’t text me every other day saying your services are down. And when they’re down, another great “feature” would be to not send out bills to the people who don’t currently have service.

    Not impressed w/ @cogeco. I get that there are a ton of service calls but don’t BS me that our service has been restored and it MUST be a problem w/ my house specifically when there are still downed lines lying all over my neighbours yards. A-holes.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally! Another great “feature” would be to joy text me every other day because your service is down. An even better “feature” would be to not invoice us when you can’t provide service.

    Why is it that every time I check with @cogeco about my internet outage, the website tells me that they expect the problem will be resolved in *exactly* 60 minutes. 3x this morning. Now that I know this I won't need to check. It'll be fixed in 60 minutes, regardless when I ask.
