HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

I believe the power supply or modem is faulty. Support won’t help because there’s an outage I’m my area but it’s been all day this has been happening

💯JT.💯 (@JimmyT2022) reported@cogeco Switched to a business account. Let’s see if thisn works out so far much better customer service and being a staellite office they took it way more serious. Their residential department suuuuucks
