    @cogecohelps Hi cogeco, this issue is still happening this morning and has been happening for about 5 days now. Random drop in internet connection for a quick second. Same thing happened last year around this time for 3 months before it was resolved

    @AlfredShamaon @cogeco It wouldn't be such an issue if Cogeco would report an outage since obviously there is no. If you look on their sites it still says no outage.

    @cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

    @NSantos007 @cogecohelps Somebody replied to a separate tweet saying their website now says 6am estimated resolution. This sure sounds like planned outages w/o any notice. @cogeco - care to comment?

    @cogeco there seems to be an outage in Kingsville. Your site has no information. Can you please get back to your customers with an answer. Been on hold for an hour already

    @Adragna10 @cogeco Is that the only response you can give? Your charging good money and your service stinks. Hrs on hold, no internet, cable, I smell big fat rebates to your customers or you better. Absolutely ridiculous

    @cogecohelps @cogeco getting really frustrated with intermittent service every single night. Despite several attempts at contacting customer service and being brushed off every time as "noisy" lines. We've lost internet 8 times in 3 hours alone.
