@cogeco After that the chat person said it was my modem. There’s still wasn’t any discussion that there were issues going on with Cogeco. This is so small town

  • LowCkas LowC-MD-Photog (@LowCkas) reported

@b4technology @cogeco No, I didn't do it. Change DNS servers without knowing what I'm doing? That doesn't sound even close to safe, to me. I would need a lot more info first, so links to that would help, and then I would still likely not.

  • MHilra Morgana Hilra (@MHilra) reported

@cogeco the result is, most of us can "connect" but, the service is the worse it's been the past year. and, that is saying a lot since, we were waiting til after the holidays to call about the HORRIBLE service. the only reason I am not wigging out is because, well... idk.

  • AzilinAcane AzilinArcane (@AzilinAcane) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco They were always default its still not working

  • 1joshmathies1 Joshmathies (@1joshmathies1) reported

@cogeco Would like to point out the fact that you guys have managed to let a internet outage that is on a week day, that is almost province wide, go untreated for a majority of people since 11 am today. You all need to get it together and realize this is more than a “inconvenience”

  • PattersonChayse Chayse (@PattersonChayse) reported

Cogeco customers whining about losing internet connection when I've hard-coded my DNS servers to Googles Public DNS, plus I'm not even a Cogeco customer

  • kurtwinkler9898 The Trooper of the Greater Good of God (@kurtwinkler9898) reported

@JakeHeavyweight @cogeco Mine was down 3 hours, immediately caught up on business. Like I stated it's technology. I'd hate to be on a camping trip with those like you smh

  • BerubeAdam AdamBJuve (@BerubeAdam) reported

Still down in Burlington since this AM @cogeco

  • torontoballroom National Ballroom (@torontoballroom) reported

@cogeco I was on the chat waiting for over an hour. Why didn’t anybody tell me at the time that there was an issue rather than having me wait for over an hour on the phone
