    @cogecohelps since my phone ,internet and TV are all cogeco, does your customer service think its a game when I call and they reset the modem ending the conversation WITHOUT fixing the issue. worst customer service ever!

    @AndrewChangCBC Andrew, you were terrific on The Natuonal news, I miss you there. I would like to watch your new show. Our tv and internet provider is Cogeco. Unfortunately, your new channel is not available in our area. Cogeco technical support didn’t know about this channel. Can you alert CBC?

    @cogecohelps @RebeccaShanks5 @cogeco Oh I already had a tech look at my account and stuff and they claimed my internet has been online and there’s no problems! Whoever I spoke to said I should see two of my lines but I dont - I don’t see one that says 5G.

    @cogecohelps we have phoned so many times to try and get the truth on who writes these rediculous information on the shows they get shows, year, mixed up they are horrible farmed out job then they say cogeco does it but you can't talk to them

    @Paulysworld @cogeco @WGRZ It’s a matter of principle. We’re paying for HD signal for everything. If Cogeco can’t even be bothered to do 16x9, how many other less technically adept clients aren’t aware they aren’t getting HD? And Cogeco? Don’t ask to DM this with me. Your customers deserve better!

    @TSNJR Tried to watch the Sens game on the Bell Fibe app but was blacked out because I’m out of the region. I watched the same game, on the same channel but on Cogeco earlier in the evening. Sucks cause I was able to watch Sens games on the Fibe app throughout the year #gosensgo #bell
