    @cogecohelps From 6.57 am till 9.30sh pm .. no phone service, no internet and no tv. Waiting & wondering when service would be restored. Luckily we had iPhone service with Rogers. It was working. We anticipate some sort of credit from Cogeco on our next billing.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco thanks for the lies all day yesterday, I asked for a tech to come fix my internet, “no, it’s an outage” today comes and there is no outage and no tech until tomorrow. But eh credit my account $7 for my trouble.

    @cogecohelps I am regularly having problems on Cogeco with your feed. I look forward to CBCNN P&P and once again tonight the feed was glitching and not watchable. Will be sending same comment to CBC. Only station with which I have this problem.

    Is @cogeco down near southeast Oakville? Internet seems to be fluctuating pretty bad since before lunch. Resetting modem or router didn’t help.

    @TekSavvyCSR can you tell me what type of DSL options you have in Frankford Ontario? All your site shows are cable options. Since @cogeco refuses to fix faulty lines cable is useless to me. And @Bell just keeps cranking up the prices of our 10/1 internet. nearing $95 now.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Why call an existing customer offering what he already has? This is just poor marketing. So you gave them my number. I’m not happy.
