    How not to start a business relationship. A thread. Ordered Internet/TV service from @cogeco beginning of December for early January 4th. 3 confirmation emails tell me equipment will be shipped in time. No equipment as of today for switchover tomorrow.

    @cogeco Just sharing my experience with your service..I got your connection a month ago with 1Gbps speed but it is not at all upto the mark. Its 3rd class. All the shows buffer every few seconds.

    It's hard to follow a football game when it freezes every 10 seconds and then it comes back on and you miss a down. I'm looking at you @cogeco and you garbage *** internet.

    @FromAlberta @Crackmacs I had issues when I lived there too, tried Rogers, Cogeco and Bell. Ended up using a private ISP company that did the trick

    @cogeco Why does the on demand only provide 8/10 episodes for NeXt while my friend who is a Bell customer has access to all 10 episodes? I’ve had to download the global app on my tablet to watch the final two episodes. Unhappy customer!

    @cogeco Stop throttling my damn Upload, I need it to stream. That is the sole purpose I pay you for this overpriced crap you call service. Throttle the download all you want, leave my upload alone. Sick of this crap every week from y'all.

    @cogecohelps I want to access premium content through a streaming device that wants proof I am a subscriber to their channel. Why isn’t Cogeco in the list? Why is Cogeco never in the list? Bell is always there!

    @cogecohelps hey cogeco the internet has gone up and down in Oakville over the last week... I see no outages but the problem keeps happening sporadically I see others have also inquired!!!! Can’t keep resetting Modem!!
