@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

@cogeco @cogecohelps I need some form of email or proper proof for my workplace to prove I was having an internet outage for two hours on Tuesday and for an hour today to avoid being penalized. I can't get through to anyone and the website outage map is never updated. Help!

@erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.
