@Cogeco has been such a terrible choice for us. The past years we’ve had nonstop issues with both cable, cable boxes, towers outside, ruining our new renovation by drilling through our walls. Now they installed this @epico. Worst ever. Does not work properly.

@cogeco internet sucks. They tell me they see nothing wrong yet I still can’t connect to the internet lol. How about you send someone over instead of making me wait 2 days…absurd company

@cogecohelps I was told by other Cogeco customers in our building that while the main support centre says all is normal. They have been told by the technician that the cogeco connection to the building is faulty. Please help, our we will go somewhere else, after at least 10 years

@cogeco Really glad you shut down your Milton location. Now every time my garbage router needs to be replaced. I have to drive to Burlington to swap it out. This is why we pay outrageous prices I guess

@9to5mac @michaelpotuck Now bring something similar in Canada! My provider (Cogeco) is dogpoo and it's the only high-speed option in my area! (my area is more rural than urban). It's so bad I have to reset the modem once or twice a day! And I have a third-party router too. I need @cogeco to fix this!!!

@cogeco it pains me to say that ur service is the absolute worst I've received in decades of cable TV/ internet usage. Ur recommendation to move to epico has resulted in continuous interrupted viewing. Can't watch anything w/out constant buffering, or errors.@Bell where r u? 😢

@cogeco @cogecohelps really disappointed right now ordered cable and a new modem last week never got the email saying it was shipped and tracking number, woke up this morn internet isn't working and when I called they said my equipment will be here today and thats why my internet

@cogecohelps @jvknft @Sup3rDave Why have you not followed up with myself that I reported early morning of Dec 5. The issue has not been resolved. I have cleared my cache and do not authenticate on the Cogeco site.

Pretty fed up of my @cogeco internet being down frequently since last Sunday. I work from home, this absolutely affects me in too many ways.
