@cogeco -I learned from the on-site technician today that there's an issue with wifi pods for all customers but no one in contact center informed me of this during the 10+ calls I made last few weeks - Why this lack of transparency? Why no ETA being provided? Why charge full fee?

Can anyone @cogeco or @cogecohelps tell me why my stupid #EPICO box has gone out multiple times a day over the last 4 days and needs to be disconnected and rebooted? Why is this service so terrible?

@cogecohelps Hi 👋🏻 I’m having trouble receiving emails from @Mirvish in my Cogeco email account. I’ve added them to my allowed senders and domains list and it’s still not working. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Apparently I’m not the only one having this problem. Thank you!

I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit

So that’s weird. The @cogeco website can tell me there’s a power outage in my area, but the @Oakvillehydro website outages page (last updated 11 days ago) tells me nothing.
