    .@cogeco should do something about having a non-toll free number on their website so that visiting Americans can call to report internet and TV outages in K7L 1A6. Toll free numbers that block Americans is bad service if you don't have backup contact info.

    @cogecohelps Hi, As a very long-time Cogeco customer who only just switched to Epico from the traditional cable service within the last month, I am very disappointed to learn of this change to PVR storage. One of the biggest reasons I was reluctant to switch to Epico was because I had many.

    @cogecohelps Just received my second phone call from a person saying they are from Cogeco. I am not a customer of yours. Asked why they were calling as i am not a customer and I was told to f.. off.

    @cogecohelps Thank you this was weirdess outage ever. This morning all back. Something went on locally in Kingston. Being in our 80s as seniors w/no house phone it was disturbing. Thankfully I got LTE on my cell phone. For hours husband kept calling Cogeco wait time 10 min gave up aft 1 hr.

    @cogeco so I hear I'm not the only one who had Jeopardy mysteriously NOT record last night... On the WORST possible day. @Jeopardamy I've watched every episode. Clearly my cable provider didn't want me to witness the end of an era. Congratulations on a record breaking run.

    @cogecohelps I’ve been on a chat with a rep for two hours .. they’ve replied twice in that time and no help. I’ve called 17 times and it’s disconnected everytime I choose technical help .. so Cogeco doesn’t help??

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I’ve been trying to reach someone for over an hour because my internet is not working. It hasn’t been working all day and I have to write an exam tomorrow. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

    any suggestions for a new internet provider? @cogeco stresses me out — there’s an issue with service, billing, signing in, managing devices on my network, just everything that can go wrong constantly does and I’m sick of contacting for “help” for it to keep happening
