They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. But even the cogeco awards was only a photo of Fran/ Hudson, so why not Fran/RGK? For that one and HudCon for this one? Their pr team really are Ffing up so badly!
