    @cogecohelps I am not a Cogeco customer but my service does come in these lines. Might be a good idea to have some added protection to stop the squirrels from using these as chew toys

    @carrytelca @cogeco I had to explain that I WFH and lost work hours. I also had to tether my phone so my family could have Internet. I also had to point out that I've been a customer for >6 years. The best they can do is 10 days credit plus $5. That's about $30 credit which I had to take or lose.

    @cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?

    @cogecohelps I’m still not receiving email. Hopefully restoring normal service will happen soon. I started having issues at about 3pm and use Cogeco for my work email, which is problematic when it fails and is down for so long.

    Cogecos only purpose to be alive has to be to steal our money because they have never had decent cable ever. Cogeco cable is the absolut worse cable company in Canada. Stay away from them. They are thieves.

    Cogeco is the absolute worst. Terrible service. Internet barely works, constantly going down. So sick of it.

    @cogeco you were at my house yesterday to fix an ongoing problem for the 6th-7th time and still I have the same problem. All started when hydro cut my line. Give me a reason not to cancel and tell everyone not to subscribe to cogeco.

    @cogecohelps My email hasn’t updated since 1:30pm this afternoon. That’s a long time to be down and it sounds like cogeco has just become aware of it. I hope emails aren’t lost like has previously happened
