Kevin Siddique (@kboxlive) reported@carrytelca @cogeco I had to explain that I WFH and lost work hours. I also had to tether my phone so my family could have Internet. I also had to point out that I've been a customer for >6 years. The best they can do is 10 days credit plus $5. That's about $30 credit which I had to take or lose.

Greg Reid (@ReidLaxn) reported@cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?

KrisEmZed (@zed_kris) reported@cogecohelps I’m still not receiving email. Hopefully restoring normal service will happen soon. I started having issues at about 3pm and use Cogeco for my work email, which is problematic when it fails and is down for so long.

Roe Budd (@RoeBudd) reported@cogeco you were at my house yesterday to fix an ongoing problem for the 6th-7th time and still I have the same problem. All started when hydro cut my line. Give me a reason not to cancel and tell everyone not to subscribe to cogeco.
