Ok @cogeco let’s figure it out. I deleted my tweet from last night since I mean I guess at 10pm an outage is excusable if maintenance is required. But at 2:40 on a Wednesday afternoon, this is infuriating. Fix the issues.

@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support and spoke to a tech. He said Cogeco is having troubles today with the type of Cisco modem we have, and they are working on it. Meanwhile, rebooting has improved service, but speed is still not what we pay for.

Talk on infrastructure in my archaeology of cities class today disrupted by failed...infrastructure (internet outage AGAIN by @cogeco). On the other hand, Dr. Sarah Baires guest lecture (run through my cell data plan) on Cahokia was incredible. Buy her book.

@fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.
