    Just got @cogeco internet service set up here an hour ago, and it’s already out completely. If you’re in Canada and this option comes up, I’d recommend avoiding - do not set up service with them. I’ll be cancelling within the next 24 hours.

    Hey @Cogeco Just got a phone call from someone at a call center offering a $110 promo package. This is a business and we ALREADY use Cogeco for all our services. I told him we are a customer, he immediately hung up. If he is legit, you need to talk to that company. If not, yikes

    iF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CABLE IN THE BRIGHTON ONT AREA, STAY AWAY FROM COGECO. COGECO IS THE WORST CABLE SERVICE IN THE WORLD. i CANNOT WATCH ONE SHOW WITH OUT IT DROPPING IT'S LINK. COGECO SUCKS BADDDDDD

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Can't DM for some reason. Talked to a phone agent there is a maintenance outage in the area that is not on the website. Unable to give an ETA. Just trying to decide to stay or go home 🤔

    @cogeco Having the Outage page on your website actually report this instead of telling us everything is ok would probably save you a lot of incoming support calls. Meanwhile.. guess I’ll go shovel. Yuck

    @CDNinvestigator @cogeco Really you want a refund for an outage which is likely caused by a winter storm. Let them focus on getting service back up and running instead of your $1.25 refund.
