Just spent FIFTY minutes, between being on hold and working with a tech help rep at @cogeco trying to address a problem with my TiVo box, only to be hung up on by the rep without the problem being resolved … don’t have the time or patience to call back and waste another hour. 😤

@cogeco @cogecohelps very disappointing service from Cogeco. No service and no help. Damaged underground line will be done in a year. Can anyone from COGECO. We respond. We are without internet!!! Who will bear the cost of data package we are using?

@RonaldSDean @cogeco Worst case scenario, if you can pay for it in the interim of any work getting done, you can get Starlink if it’s available in your area. That way, you’re not completely disconnected while combatting your ISP.

My internet is useless. Anything trying to connect times out. Home automation requests fail. It’s been worse and worse the last 2 months. This month unusable worth a damn. @cogeco says maybe august the “work in my area may be complete”. Can’t stream or watch tv. Etc.
