    @cogeco Are we going to be refunded for the almost 8 hrs with out the service !!!

  • Outnumbered5_1 Craig Wilkie (@Outnumbered5_1) reported

    @cogeco ...And to save everyone the hassle of chasing a refund you are going to automatically apply a credit with a little compensation to help offset the inconvenience for all effected?? No? I didn’t think so! I think a swap of provider is in order.

  • ArtemisQuiver ~Artemis~ (@ArtemisQuiver) reported

    @cogeco Still out in St Catharines. Service was on for a solid 20 min then out again. Modem reset did not fix.

    @killerbanker @cogeco We’ve unfortunately had the opposite experience...4 months with cogeco and we have had more speed issues and outages then we had in 4 years with Bell...unfortunately Cogeco is our only option in our new home.

    @Cryptics13 @cogeco And thanks for this too. Although maybe it would have been useful to those that didn’t know that a DNS server change would fix it to share that earlier?! Possibly not so ‘simple’.

  • chrystalsipstea Chrystal (@chrystalsipstea) reported

    @cogeco Still getting DNS errors.

  • RobertwGlover Robert Glover (@RobertwGlover) reported

    @cogeco I check everything possible resorting to calling as a last resort cause another thing is ya blame the customers hardware without knowing what they actually have - no more customer support anywhere anymore companies r only worried about the almighty dollar such a shame
