Cogeco Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tbevel Lance 🇨🇦 (@tbevel) reported

@cogeco and @cogecohelps. Long-time customer with no real issues. However, the switch to a new modem last week has been nothing short of a disaster. 3 technicians out to correct connection issues, and still the issue persists. Tech support have been zero help whatsoever. 👎

  • deacon_spires Sean O'Grady (@deacon_spires) reported

Internet seems to be down in Burlington @cogecohelps @cogeco

  • serizah ari ☾ (@serizah) reported

@cogecohelps is cogeco down again in K6V :( website says no but my internet just cut out and usual troubleshooting isn’t working

  • rryan365days The Kid (@rryan365days) reported

The media is like calling Bell or Cogeco for billing or tech support. Call them 3 times for the same question and get 3-10 different answers. Or they transfer you to this person to transfer you back to get an answer. Your question is the same, but it takes how many people to fix?

IS ANY ONE WITH COGECO ISSUES FOR NET IN PTBO ?

  • AlisonSimp77175 Alison Simpson (@AlisonSimp77175) reported

@cogeco stop sending pushy salesmen to my door. If I want your service I will call you. You should be ashamed of sending your staff door to door in this heat wave.

  • _bpaiement BP (@_bpaiement) reported

🧵5/6 This is what passes for support when there is no meaningful competition. My only alternative locally is Bell’s DSL at 50 Mbps, compared to my current 1000 Mbps service—an unacceptable downgrade. All other ISPs in the area rely on Cogeco’s infrastructure.

  • DrJamesCKPorter Dr James Porter (@DrJamesCKPorter) reported

@cogeco useless company with lousy service … 3rd time in 4 weeks with no internet … 2 technicians out to fix it in the last 4 weeks …

  • grahamsie15 ross graham (@grahamsie15) reported

@cogeco what a horrible company to deal with. Horrible services, horrible prices. Treat customers terribly. Stay away from this company. Oh and when you do cancel, expect unexpected bills to show up.

  • va3on Rod Hardman, VA3ON/KE6ON (@va3on) reported
