    @cogeco don’t ever waste your money! They’re a fraud company. They won’t even let you cancel the service or answer the phone!! 💩

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
