Syrup King BA MBA PhD (@MapleBetsHockey) reported@cogecohelps Nah it's cool. You guys ripped her off for years. Always the same thing. Apology and an offer of $5/month off. I switched 2 years ago and Ive never been happier with my ISP. Cable bill went from $240 to $125 a month. Wake up Cogeco.

Rodney Dowd (@rodneydowd14) reported@cogeco Just tried to order #cogecoEPICO and was turned down. My old TiVo died last night and now I have to go 5 days without any TV until the replacement arrives. They are incapable of changing from replacing my old TiVo to setting me up with the new system now that the order was sent.

Clearly anyone with money in Canada can build a network, but it seems its not economically viable enough to build. Look at Cogeco, who has debated Wireless for years but is happy to stay in the Internet/TV business $$$$

Rodney Dowd (@rodneydowd14) reported@cogeco I just called to order #cogecoEPICO but because they’ve already called their own warehouse and ordered a replacement for my old obsolete broken TiVo I can’t have Epico. Ridiculous! Apparently Cogeco can’t walk and chew gum at the same time.

Lisa Lum (@LisaLum61) reported@cogecohelps so your taped message says there is an outage in my area of Windsor and to check cogeco/outages for updated. I go that page, input my postal code and it comes up no outages. What is the estimated time service will be restored?
