    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Is Epico down ? None of the channels are connecting. Internet and home phone is functioning. Have reset the modem a few times already ?

    Is Iran Rogers or Bell? Doesn't sound like Cogeco. Actually never mind it, it sounds like Rogers for sure. I figured it out.

    So over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco As of 10:15 pm our services have finally been fixed. 13 total hours out of service! When should I see a refund for services lost?
