    @cogecohelps @cogeco You are the only organization that has come to my door during this pandemic, so whether you feel like you’re following all the safety measures or not, it’s a bad look. So many other ways to sell products in 2022, and as a communications company you know that. #DoBetter

    It only took 2 hours and 40 mins, transferred 11 different times (twice to Bell Canada agents) but I was finally able to help my uncle activate his @VirginPlusCare TV!! Almost if not worse than @cogeco !!

    @cogecohelps here we go again with another outage. The Cogeco TiVo app hasn’t worked in four days (since Jan 1 - coincidence?) and the only response from your tech support is “There is [sic] issues with the tivo app. We are aware. No timeframe for when it will be fixed”

    @RealStrongLegs Who was your old ISP? I'm on cogeco and have very similar ping to your Bell connection, but I know in the area lots of smaller ISP's just lease the networks from larger companies. If so it could be a tunneling issue which Bell should be able to disable

    @cogecohelps Are you working on fixing the problem with Mail Chimp? All emails from Mail Chimp to cogeco emails are being bounced.

    Good evening @cogeco the Plex app on EPICO continues to be a problem. The first play after restarting the box works fine, but any inactivity causes subsequent plays to fail. The only fix is restart the box. All other Plex clients are fine.
