    Hi @Cogeco, could you please confirm whether evening phone support for existing-account and billing issues has been discontinued? It appears customers can still call in the evening to purchase new services, but not to deal with an existing account. Is that correct?

Whose “fault” it is is a matter of perspective. Kindly get a ******* life no one asked you
