  @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

  Cogeco admitted today their new cell service is problematic and glitchy as they work out the links.I had to make an emergency call today and I couldn’t complete it,and I was stranded somewhere because of it but they won’t credit me the whole 30 bucks for the month. Seriously?😒

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
