    @KellySuzanne9 @corpcapture @cogeco Internet down in parts of Canada, too. Was this planned in advance? Is this some kind of testing of people's reactions? As WEF predicted large internet outages. Is very unlikely that all internet companies have problem exactly the same time. People be aware!!

    @cogeco There is no patience from me Camille. Our service was working and is now out again. As I said in a previous post, I will be calling Cogeco tomorrow to see when my contract is up and promptly switching out. Cogeco service is amateurish at best.

    @alancross Cogeco seems like the only provider having problems. Every other provider seems normal.

    @cogecohelps Nice of you to say—I guess. But HOW can you help me? Might get a callback in two business days? That's amateur hour and totally unacceptable. Doesn't Cogeco want my money?

    @cogeco Will be calling Cogeco shortly to find out when my plan ends. Being with Cogeco has been a nightmare, saving a little bit of money each month isn’t worth the aggravation. Cogeco ALWAYS seems to be down for one reason or another.

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.
