    @rush_nut @cogeco Perhaps. I’ve not heard any sirens in the area, but doesn’t mean nothing has happened. First world problem. I’ll just go shovel, again!

    @cogecohelps This is the problem right here. If the cogeco website saying no outages detected in my area, then that means they have no reason to investigate and solve the very real outage we are experiencing. Its beyond frustrating that absolutely nothing is being done to fix this.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps In 2022 My internet went down(during the workday may I add) about 4 times. Cannot rely on this network anymore. Why are there always problems? Not a great user experience. Definitely thinking of switching providers
