  in the lobby of both bldgs in my complex b/c apt. residents to not get parcel delivery, despite the "door to door service fees" we pay. Cogeco, Bell, Rogers all have parcels sent here for many tenants....The Shopper's Drug Mart at the University Plaza, Dundas, ON is bad...

  It took me 3 hours to walk home with my sick child.I couldn’t get any taxi fare and the buses don’t run to where the clinic was .Tatiana had strep and was misdiagnosed by the urgent care yesterday. My phone isn’t working and Cogeco says two days for a fix.i am at my wits end

  @cogeco @cogecohelps terribly disappointed with the manner in which customer is treated by the so-called Loyalty team. I would not recommend anyone taking Cogeco’s internet!

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @mscranny @kwebber14 @cogeco Bell is bottom of the barrel slop. The slowest and least reliable wifi in Canada hands down. I’ve tried every wifi in my area and Cogeco has been the best besides all these dumb outages
