    @cogecohelps @Coleman42 It is a cogeco problem though. No shovels were put in the ground. It was a suspended cable that was broken. In this case if it was in the ground we'd all still have internet lol

    @cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco for years, tv and internet. I've just cancelled my service because I've a MUCH better offer. I'm being charged a $75 cancellation fee for each service. That's a $150 disconnection fee on top of what I currently owe. Disgusting!

    @krisbanfield @cogeco I lived in the same area in Ottawa for over 10 years and this never happened once. So I am wondering if there is something in the water here or something. lol Know what I mean?

    Trying to cancel my services with @cogeco and I have been on-hold for 30 minutes and counting. Wonder if I will be asked why I am cancelling my services. :-)

    @cogeco A permanent fix would be a second and third fiber run for rundauncy. Until you do that everything on your network is temporary duct tape fixes. I'll be going to the CCTS because you have never resolved my issues to my satisfaction. Ever!

    @krisbanfield @cogeco I didn't mean to be blaming them. I know it's not their fault. What I mean is how are there that many stupid people in this area. lol

    @krisbanfield @ShartyMcWaffles @cogeco Before they were more people using it that we had to upgrade to cogeco. After a year of being with cogeco, every night at 9:30-10 pm my wifi would cut out and stop working, for 3 years straight. Now it's constant wifi issues, or being down, or TV services are failing 3/3
