    While we’re at it, can I just say how badly @cogeco sucks. Crave auto-log out monthly now has be unable to access my account. Bush league oligopolies with big pay cheque in carpet land and customer services that sucks.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Well Cole, I’ve already spoken to somebody on the phone, I also asked to speak with customer retention I was put on hold. Im tired of being cut off in chats, being told I’m low priority, being told I don’t qualify for escalation k being put on hold. My time is valuable.

    @cogeco your epico service sucks! It freezes then reboots itself to only freeze again. This has been going on for 24 minutes. I can’t even reboot it myself! It is completely frozen. Fix this!!!!

    @raspberryberet3 @cogeco @cogecohelps I agree. I would be too. I’d be looking at the competition. Customer service is HUGE to me. Give me good service, I stay with you.

    @TheOpen I realized I could watch on my Cogeco app just like I was at home but only on my iPhone which is pretty damn good 👍
