@Bell_Support I recently switched to Bell Fibe for TV and internet from Satellite and Cogeco internet, It could be the worst mistake I may have made for entertainment and communications. Internet is fine but it’s been nothing but issues with the PVR receivers since installation.

@paulkennethmag1 @cogeco Totally agree, we switched from Bell in November and although I keep trying to work things out it’s a nightmare. The $$$ savings were great but when your wifi is constantly going down it’s not a saving at all, just frustrating!

Cogeco once snitched and said someone was watching porn on our wifi, my mom questioned the **** outta me I had to play it off saying someone maybe has our wifi password 😭😭 I was young I know better now

@cogeco I’m frustrated. Missed work today due to no internet. Called support 3x now have to wait another 48 hours before a service rep can come. My modem was just replaced 1.5 months ago!

@cogecohelps Good morning. I think we should just agree to disagree. Netflix, 407 ETR and Amazon all send a courtesy email advising that “credit card ending 1234 is soon to expire..” 20 year loyal customer dinged $25 NSF because I forgot to update my cc expiry. Poor form Cogeco.
