    @cogeco tried twice online to get our On Demand channels fixed with no help from technicians....then lost channels we used to get....why are we paying more when we don't even get some of the On Demand channels we are paying you for....and to be on hold for hours is ridiculous

    @cogeco you're raising prices twice in less than 2 years. While global communication prices go down you are getting greedy and raising prices. Day light robbery. #ripoff #greed
