  • EklipzeEh Eklipze 🦖🇨🇦 (@EklipzeEh) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco I've got some bad news for you guys, if your ONLY tech support answer is "have you restarted the modem?" when I've VERY ******* CLEARLY RESTARTED THE MODEM FOUR THOUSAND TIMES FROM THE 8000000 TIMES YOU'VE OFFERED IT AS YOUR ONLY RESPONSE that clearly is not the answer :).

  • MaryBrighton Mary Brighton (@MaryBrighton) reported

@susanneapril @cogeco Same!! @cogecohelps Even though their website says no outage detected.

  • PunkJesster Jess (@PunkJesster) reported

@cogeco I am really sick and tired of going to the outage map for an "updated ETA" only to find a script that just tacks an hour onto the time I checked. We're not morons. Give us real tangible dates/times. Peoples jobs are at stake here. I understand it takes time but be honest with us!

  • PolkaDotPixxie Jessica Lynn (@PolkaDotPixxie) reported

@cogeco is there an outage in St.Catharine’s, on cushman rd? We’ve been down at my work since around 9am.

  • jondeli78 Jonathan (@jondeli78) reported

  • daniwright76 Danielle Wright (@daniwright76) reported

@Tom25615095 @cogeco Did yours come up yet? We have been down for 20min so far and site says it's not our in our area

  • MatSchrock m@ (@MatSchrock) reported

@cogeco is there internet outage in Oakville between 3rd and 4th line north of Rebecca?

  • celadon2 linda rosborough (@celadon2) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Is there any updated info on Peterborough service? Your website still says there is no outage at my address, but no amount of rebooting, unplugging/replugging will change the fact that there has been no service since Sat.

  • hawkwardbirdman Hawkward (@hawkwardbirdman) reported

Nothing feels better than @cogeco s internet dripping during a ppv. Idk why this happens almost every day but between them locking their modems and dumb crap like this I'm really starting to look at new isps
