Timothy (@Timothy09143926) reported@cogeco Here in Kingston the boxes are always open. You call to let them know you are having drops in service and tell them a box is open outside your home that you know feeds your house and 3 weeks later they show to close the box. Probably someone fed up with disconnects all the time.
