    Seriously @cogeco get your shit together. I’m tired of my internet dropping and for me having to go onto data to get anything done.

  • PearceyFiveO Michael Pearce (@PearceyFiveO) reported from Chatham-Kent, Ontario

    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

  • deniseh78 Denise HigenellAllen (@deniseh78) reported

    @cogecohelps the internet in our area is absolutely terrible. Cogeco needs to fix the service in this area before all of us leaves for a better provider. It cuts in and out so much we have had to up the data on our cellphones.

  • AdamLesniewski0 Adam Lesniewski (@AdamLesniewski0) reported

    It dropped for 5 minutes. I had to unplug my modem and plug it back in. If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be canceling this service. @cogeco @cogecohelps

    @cogeco issues west side Windsor?

  • AdamLesniewski0 Adam Lesniewski (@AdamLesniewski0) reported

    @WriterGiovanni @cogeco Is it really that bad? I'm literally without cable waiting for the Epico boxes to be delivered to my house. I hope I didn't make a mistake.

  • LisaLum61 Lisa Lum (@LisaLum61) reported

    @cogecohelps so your taped message says there is an outage in my area of Windsor and to check cogeco/outages for updated. I go that page, input my postal code and it comes up no outages. What is the estimated time service will be restored?

  • ValueNotDeadYet ValueNotDeadYet (@ValueNotDeadYet) reported

    @UniverseNation2 @financialpost @fpcomment I dont think the free market has anything to do with it. Clearly anyone with money in Canada can build a network, but it seems its not economically viable enough to build. Look at Cogeco, who has debated Wireless for years but is happy to stay in the Internet/TV business $$$$

  • rquisjosh78 Josh (@rquisjosh78) reported

    @cogecohelps @osmanyusuf_ @cogeco Iim in the same area and am having issues

  • newcdn Norbt (@newcdn) reported

    @peternowak Does Cogeco have the capacity to not only buy Freedom, but roll out a 5g network across 3 provinces?
