    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

    @cogecohelps There is an outage in Milton as reported by some sites yet your website isn't reporting an outage. I wonder if cogeco is on top of d situation or this is another disappointment!Even when i call it says there is outage in milton.Whoever is updating status on the site is sleeping😡
