Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

As usual @cogeco is having an hours long outage affecting all services. As usual call us back when our crap service resumes to be inconvenienced again to get a credit. How can your service possibly be this bad.

@cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!
