    @cogeco I was also seeing 10+ dB of noise in some instances which is why I tried the attenuator. Had a similar issue around this time last year and it ended up being noise in the area.

    @cogeco Tech arrived, found a bad "tap" up in the wires outside. "Priority" call, this p.m. or tomorrow a.m. No one came. I called again: 5 (five) days, and where to find sympathy in the dictionary.

    @cogeco On Tuesday, when there was an issue in my area and I was told to wait until it was resolved. I've also tried a 10 dB attenuator and the issue persists on both modems.

    @cogeco I was able to get it going again, I believe it's the coaxial cable that is the problem since the issue resolved itself when I played around with the cords. How would I go about getting a new coaxial cable and/or splitter (cable and wifi are on a splitter)

    Day 4 and still no service with #Cogeco. Back office has no clue about what is happening and they keep transferring me to differents departments. So frustrating! Moving to #Cogeco was a huge mistake.
