  Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

  @Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT.   @cogeco Yeah I don't know what's going on with your company but whoever came out did my internet. It's definitely not working and I was told there was maintenance going on. I looked now there's no notification. I reset my modem and still not working. What the Hell
