    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But youโ€™re asking me to do exactly that.

    @MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

If you're born & raised in here & your accent is so thick , you've never , ever got to know any other culture or...he's a liar. (& everyday ๐Ÿ‘Ž service)

    @cogeco Yeah I don't know what's going on with your company but whoever came out did my internet. It's definitely not working and I was told there was maintenance going on. I looked now there's no notification. I reset my modem and still not working. What the Hell

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @cogecohelps I shouldn't have to follow anyone and DM but sitting on hold for 1:14 is ridiculous!! The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!
