Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both โwi-fiโ and the name of the company itself. Itโs bizarre and awful.

I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! ๐
