Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

Charles (@lloyder1971) reported@cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our mother’s cable as she’s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she can’t call herself she’s had to pay still. She can’t ******* talk. #cogecothieves
