    @cogecohelps @cogeco I've sent plenty of DMs, the problem either doesn't exist or is being caused by our hardware (even though I'm plugged directly into the modem). Just tired of being given the run around so I've called some other providers to see what they can offer

    @SSCtv can’t tell you how much I dislike that you put silver screen programming instead of telling us the actual line up. I don’t want it to be a surprise what’s on cuz then we don’t even know when a new program is about to start? WTH? @cogeco can you fix the listing.

    @cogeco Cogeco sucks I had my lines replaced with a temporary hanging line was told it would be reburied on a scheduled date that date came and went and nothing was done but it was filed as completed

    @cogecohelps @chillymcguire @cogeco Untrue. Your outages website says problem was resolved at 5:30pm and I have zero service at 6:25pm. Your updates are not factual. Very frustrating.

    @adr yeah that would solve the problem with non-Bell/Rogers/Cogeco ISPs where you have to get one of *their* technicians to set things up, which predictably causes delays and "mistakes"

    @cogeco I am both a Business & Residential, Cust My internet service is with the Business Depart My mother works from home for the Government, & we have No internet as well as No Business phone my mother has a big job closing Tomm and waiting till Monday for a tech doesn’t work.
