  Coming up on six hours since @cogeco internet went down in Trenton and we’re still waiting. No updates from @cogecohelps lately so I assume they’ve gone home for the night to working internet. This is ridiculous. #quintewest #quinte #belleville

  @canadaposthelps hello. I have been waiting for a new modem from Cogeco. I specifically asked that I be able to pick it up at a Canada Post outlet as I do not have access to the mailbox at my building. apparently it was delivered here anyway & sits unable for me to p/u..help.

  I HATE automated phone calls from companies! @cogeco was supposed to be here tonight to fix my internet. They called earlier to say the tech guy was sick & would now be here tomorrow. Just had an automated call I couldn’t understand so now I don’t know what the hell is happening!
