@cogeco @cogecohelps Fiber cut in Rockwood area now too. Never had any outages on Bell. #cogeco down a lot in comparison due to modem and other issues. Terrible service.

My @cogeco internet keeps going in and out since 6pm. Trying to call a human is damn near impossible to find out how long this is going to last. I hope this gets fixed fast.

@cogecohelps i guess it is right to cancel cogeco internet already. I cannot justify the $72/mo from my original contract of $50+tax for 120 months… how can they offer a $49 for new customers and not to the loyal ones.

@cogecohelps I am having trouble logging into my account online as well as subscribed tv channels online, eg global tv, CTV, Sportsnet, EPICO online, as well as my general Cogeco account… what is going on?

@darren_c @cogecohelps I don’t know if this is a Bell Media problem or a Cogeco problem but I pay Cogeco. Switched from Bell because they promised great service. I question this decision regularly. Someone needs to figure this out.

@cogeco It is too bad that your customer service and billing departments don’t work as hard as your technicians…I became new customer in June2025… no end of problems with my bill… just spoke with Lynn, a manager…she can’t help me sort it out… THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING WITH COGECO
