    @cogeco I had them once only it was just tv then it was always down and no one ever answers the phone so I put up with it till I would not put up with it any more😡

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I know you identified the cause and fixed it that’s why I currently have service what I asked is to know what the cause was That caused the loss of service

    @cogecohelps 4th day of the week and second day this trash internet service goes down again. Just like all of 2020. Ya'll gonna pick up my Rogers bill for all the mobile tethering I am doing this week. Whats going on at Cogeco.

    Ummm is there another southern Ontario @cogeco outage? Because I’ve got 11 hours of #mla21 starting in 15 min... 😩
