    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

    @KellySuzanne9 @corpcapture @cogeco Internet down in parts of Canada, too. Was this planned in advance? Is this some kind of testing of people's reactions? As WEF predicted large internet outages. Is very unlikely that all internet companies have problem exactly the same time. People be aware!!

    @cogecohelps Nice of you to say—I guess. But HOW can you help me? Might get a callback in two business days? That's amateur hour and totally unacceptable. Doesn't Cogeco want my money?

    I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.

    @cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage we’ve had today since noon hour. What’s going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!
