    @cogeco I had them once only it was just tv then it was always down and no one ever answers the phone so I put up with it till I would not put up with it any more😡

    @cogecohelps @cogeco unable to send email from various devices and multiple users. Return suggests detected spam when content is the word test. 20 minutes on hold to call ctr. Support used to be good. This is very poor. What’s going on? Anyone there?

    @nfitz1 It’s just a couple channels now, and they were working just fine up until yesterday evening. Then everything went haywire. I’ve had Cogeco for less than 3 weeks, and this is already the 3rd full or partial loss of service in that time. Not impressed.

    @cogecohelps @Yasser3bdulaal @cogeco How do I get through to customer service for my television service? 2 days straight just a busy tone when you reach what should be an agent. I paid for an upgrade that isn't accessible. Very very poor service. I never thought a company could be as bad as Bell but guess what...

    @cogeco been waiting since 10:00am to live chat. Our service needs to be moved, nbd although we cannot get through by phone or live assistance. Twice kicked out at around 20th in the queue! What is going on?
