@cogeco trying to set up epico TV. Account not working - can someone assist?

  • DebCopa Copa Deb (@DebCopa) reported

@cogeco @TekSavvyCSR Having internet problems. We have Teksavvy as provider through Cogeco lines. Cogeco guy tells us a problem with line to our house and they will email when they can fix it. Seems like 8 to 12 week to fix a service we pay for. Unacceptable.Shame Cogeco/Teksavvy

  • phillipblancher Phillip Blancher (@phillipblancher) reported

Ontario is spending big money to get companies to extend service where it is not "profitable" in rural parts of the province. The profit is for companies like Bell, Rogers, and Cogeco, not seeing enough new customers to pay for the infrastructure. Chicken and the Egg so to speak.

  • JPflwr99 1BigToe (@JPflwr99) reported

Hey folks - just want to let you know that Bell is offering no commitment month to month options at prices WAY better than Cogeco! Even if Cogeco offers you a savings be careful. They will TRY to impose a fee if you cancel later. Bad Customer Service for long term clients.

  • GastantYT Duane Gastant Aucoin (@GastantYT) reported

@cogecohelps You know when the tree knocked down the power line we didn't have to phone Ottawa River Power to arrange an appointment for a technician! They came out automatically to fix it! Why isn't Cogeco doing the same?!

  • alxdzo Alex DiRenzo (@alxdzo) reported

@cogeco Having reliable wifi so I can do my school and not fail - which with Cogeco has not been possible.

  • Manafhasan Manaf (@Manafhasan) reported

@StardustxDakota @cogeco I totally get that, especially when it's at work when I think it's something important. If it's not this, it's those stupid CRA scams 🙄

  • StardustxDakota Fully vax doe! 🌌🦌🔞 (@StardustxDakota) reported
