@KevinCeli1 @cogeco We switched from bell about 18 months ago for the savings of over $100 a month . Bell had no service issues . Now we need decent internet for the kids schooling . Might have to switch back .

  • KevinCeli1 Kevin (@KevinCeli1) reported

@leicester_nell @cogeco Cogeco sucks, they know it, but they don’t care. They’re running a massive scam because they can get away with it. Switch to Bell or Rogers if you can and hope those companies are at least moderately better.

  • pnikita13 Pat Nikita (@pnikita13) reported

@cogeco Paying for a Gig service and still getting 16-18MB, what a joke. There is an outage or work going on every day. When does this become unacceptable?

  • igot_somthn2say Ashley.S (@igot_somthn2say) reported

@cogeco why do the titles on my guide never match what's ACTUALLY airing on the channel at that time. For example, on A&E it says "Jack Reacher: Never Go Back is airing but, "******* Godmother" is actually airing.... This has been happening for years

Anyone else in #HamOnt having issues with there Cogeco Internet? Trying to work from home and zoom keeps disconnecting because of poor internet connection

  • mrselliott2019 Amanda Elliott (@mrselliott2019) reported

@garry_levere @cogecohelps @cogeco I spoke to them yesterday and they told me it’s because a third-party company who provides IP addresses cannot keep up with the workload that they get from Cogeco bell and Rogers. And apparently Stoney Creek and Niagara are the worst
