    @cogecohelps I have unable to reliably work from home. My children have been unable to watch tv or stream. I missed a great tennis match. We said many times that it must be an issue in our area and cogeco insists it’s not.

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    It’s going to take two days to create a ticket to fix my phone. 4 months now and @cogeco new mobile service is a mess. I don’t suggest switching to them.They’ve made a ticket to help me but they can’t figure out why my phone can’t make phone calls. 😡
