@BrinkoftheWorld @Mikeggibbs It is. Though it was not as smooth as usual for me on Monday. It made me queue twice in a row. A bit of a wait. Then I never received my confirmation code to finalize my appointment. But maybe Cogeco was to blame. It finally worked with another email address.

@cogecohelps here we go again with another outage. The Cogeco TiVo app hasn’t worked in four days (since Jan 1 - coincidence?) and the only response from your tech support is “There is [sic] issues with the tivo app. We are aware. No timeframe for when it will be fixed”

@startca @PlayWatchGames1 Have had the exact same issue since Monday at least. 0.3 Mbps instead of 10. I'm in Burlington, L7T. Can't be a coincidence since you're close. Spoke with Start technical support today and they say that Cogeco is reporting no problems and suggested replacing my modem.
