    @cogeco For anyone considering switching over to Coegco for tv/internet services, don’t. I’ve been a customer for a month now and have experienced nothing but terrible customer service and technical issues.

    @cogeco are you serious? Maintenance text said 12:00am until 6am and it is 9:29 and my kids cannot get online for school. Unacceptable! Cannot get through to an agent and have been hung up on twice! Now you website says the service will be down until 4pm. Unacceptable!

    @scsmith_ It is now working. It turns out there was an issue between Cogeco and Crave. Have you heard anything back about your issue?!

    @cogeco received new modem a few weeks ago, different setup than old. just found a box (stay at home order), will get it in the mail tomorrow. hopefully no issues with the delayed return... trying to find a box and packing material provided to be more challenging. @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps Thanks, Graham. How do you determine whether an outage was caused by Cogeco or Rogers? What I do know is that we are a Cogeco customer and we lost power for more than 12 hours.

    @AllLeafsAllDay @cogeco That's what made me wonder about @Cogeco. I thought it extremely coincidental they both were in an outage at the same time.
