    @cogeco I have been trying to cancel my service and I have tried to call for over two weeks and a rep ends up transferring me to an extension nobody picks! Seems like I am forced to keep a service. I just got a bill asking me to pay when I already returned the modem. Kindly fix

    @cogecohelps I shouldn't have to follow anyone and DM but sitting on hold for 1:14 is ridiculous!! The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. It’s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.

    @cogeco I am in Leafs region and regional games on @Sportsnet ontario are blacked out. When regional game is on @TSN_Sports I get the game. Please fix.

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @alancross @cogeco Cogeco is, by far, the worst telecom service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Switch to anyone else.
