@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Out again for the third time today - any info on when you will be out. Do we charge you for the data and hotspot that my husband, 2 kids and I have had to utilize to continue to work? We are still expected to work even when Cogeco has issues. 3x in 1 day seems like a big issue

@EdtheSock Ed the Sock, I’m with an internet company that has has 2 major outages across Southern Ontario since 2021 began. #cogecooutage #Cogeco really sucks. You’re lucky it’s probably not available where you are.

I would call @cogeco requesting a discount due to the ongoing service disruptions however they only give better rates to new customers rather than those they have had for 15+ years. Loyalty is so 1990.

@kenbuisman @cogeco I asked the same question after being on hold for 45mins...their response was it is a province wide issue and they are working on it...BS! And my internet is STILL OUT!! That’s 3 times this week...
