I have contacted Technical Help line and they say that the problem can only be fixed via COGECO Visit. The earliest date given is Jan 5th. This is pathetic customer service since we work online

MLB (@michymlb) reported@cogeco eastenders is on Onetv at 7pm weeknights and Sunday afternoons. . But your guide lists it as a different show. Please fix the guide. Thank goodness they repeat Sundays as the pvr hasn't taped any of them this week cause the guide was wrong.
