    @cogeco KINGSTON - can anyone help.. we have channel 713 CBS and it is airing Global Toronto? For 3 days as well now CBC News 765 has pixilated picture and garbled voices.

    @cogeco is there a reason for NBC channel 714 and CBS channel 713 not working? They are CTV and Global I think instead.

    @cogeco The service was horrible in St Catharines, Belleville and Niagara Falls. Whenever it stormed we had no internet no TV. You're not reliable
