@cogeco Since my internet was slow ,I had a Cogeco technician fix a new modem last Thursday.Since then we have intermittent internet disruptions every 5 minutes and come back within 1 minutes.I called tech department on Friday and explained and they booked a technician for tomo.

@cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.

@cogecohelps The guide is usually wrong about info on a lot of movies and spelling errors but we love the ID CHANNEL and like to bookmark a head but we can't do this because it's showing shows for a another channel cogeco guide needs help with whoever is in charge
