My internet is useless. Anything trying to connect times out. Home automation requests fail. It’s been worse and worse the last 2 months. This month unusable worth a damn. @cogeco says maybe august the “work in my area may be complete”. Can’t stream or watch tv. Etc.

I am ******* sick of Internet issues , you tell your ISP you're having issues then they make you jump insane amount of hurdles and on top of that 50 percent of them at cogeco are rude. Sick and tired of trying to play through lag.

I am beyond frustrated & angry with @cogeco @cogecohelps! Initially told service appt b/w 11-2 & then switched it b/w 11-5! Three days w/o cable & internet & I work from home! No one showed up - unacceptable!! What will you do?? 😡😡😡

@MIHomeYGK My power never ended up being out which was nice but I had no idea Cogeco would be out. Don’t care at all about TV but it killed my internet connection until half an hour ago.
