@cogecohelps @Rajawindwalker @cogeco Yeah we still dont know, what the cause the of issue was. Every message we ask is answered with reset your modem if your experiencing any problem and the original question about what happened is ignored

@cogeco @cogecohelps No internet, website says no outages and not one phone number works for you, just disconnects no matter which service you choose. Would be nice to find out whats going on and how its going to be fixed.

@Molla202 If you're unhappy with Cogeco service, moving to Bell will not make you feel any better. In my experience, Bell service is even worse.

@cogecohelps @cogeco You should be setting the secondary dns for all customers and systems to 8.8.8.8 then if your dns goes down you have an alternative one then it would not go down like this. That is what I did to get back up and running within 20 minutes after I found out it was a dns issue

@Gogomusicgo @Carminevittori5 @cogeco Why are you teaching your kids to expect to get everything in life? Just because you pay for a service doesn't mean there won't be ISSUES. Stop being so demanding. Its annoying but you people are acting like they did this on purpose. Grow up.
