    @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.

    @cogeco If it is not my modem crashing out it is epico not working or having to rest my boxes or modem once a day terrible service
