    @cogeco Worst service EVER no cable since Sunday - scheduled an appt for today 8-12 no one showed. Tech said he called and came - no calls on call display - no tech on camera - liars - rescheduled for Sunday - horrible

    @cogecohelps @cogeco are you going to fix reliability issues with your highest speed and expensive plan or should I move out...It's been 1.5 months (new customer) and looks like would soon be ex-customer as your technical team just want to play blame game on modem/my devices 😡

    Surely it’s easier, faster, fewer customers calling/on hold, less frustration to just tweet or post online that you’re having a system outage for a certain area... My goodness - even Cogeco can manage that...

    Honestly @cogeco @cogecohelps our WiFi has dropped at least 6 times since 8am! It is down just long enough to disconnect our online meetings, causing major disruptions, stress & anxiety. #cogecodown #needwifi

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Hi Jodi. I resetted my router 2-3 times it keeps going back up then after a little bit i don’t have internet. Iv’e 3 client meetings to reschedule because of internet issues today. Even more with all the issues last week. Im getting really fed up.
