@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @cogeco I guess that explains why their Service is so lacking. If there’s no other provider, who cares if the service is any good? There’s other options besides cable. She doesn’t need internet.

@cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

@primus4home the service is back, 24 hours after we paid (speed of light = 300k km/s; it's only 40 km to her apt from your ofcs). I feel Cogeco gaining on you.

@cogeco @cogeco you have the worst service and equipment . Literally every day I have issues with the EPICO and internet . I constantly have to reset the modem and EPICO box , like ever day . It literally never works when needed . An appointment with a technician is a two week wait

@RogersHelps I’m not your customer. My mom is. She’s blind. She’s not on social media. I have @cogeco account. Pretty soon, she will too. I know my @cogeco rep on a first name basis. Not like your lousy contractors.
