  @cogeco @cogecohelps Completely unacceptable!! I can understand an hour or two but all day is unacceptable!! I have elderly parents who rely on television. Switched from Bell to this???? I understand technology fails but this is beyond fail. As of 6:33, no TV.

  @cogeco Still no service. We should all be seeing an adjustment on our bill due to this prolonged service interruption…especially on a Sunday.
