@jordan_leroux @cogecohelps I am working from home and my kids were virtually in class. Called Cogeco so many times, went through the automated service then got disconnected. Super frustrating. Looking forward to change provider

@cogeco @cogecohelps internet is down and all of your customer service lines say either “not in service” or are busy. This isn’t acceptable, regardless of a widespread outage!

And cogeco is down province wide - of course. I was able to stay on my Teams meeting with my class, but couldn’t stream any video. How is that possible? Tech is such a mystery...

@judipanik @cogeco Do you realize that technology didn't suddenly advance or change because of the pandemic? Sometimes large scale issues take time to fix, and your personal situation doesn't change that

@cogeco @townofoakville For everyone flipping out over this issue - No ISP intentionally takes their service down. Stop behaving like spoiled children. The issue appears to be related to DNS servers - if you set your DNS servers to Google's Public DNS your service may work. DNS server: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
