    @cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

    so i guess i need to wait for the @cogeco guy/gal to come on twitter at 9am to tell me to contact tech support but hey close to 4 hours on hold now last night and this morning does anything work at @cogeco?

    @cogecohelps I've tried both the hitron modem and arris modem from cogeco and both have problems. Wondering if cogeco has anything new?

    @cogeco One of your salespeople told my 81 yr old father in law that he couldn't just get a simple cable box anymore, that he had to include Internet. You sent him all this equipl, including a router. I knew he could still have basic cable, called to fix it. 3 weeks later, still no TV.

    @Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!
