    My mistake. The @cogeco outage site is updating the resolution time every minute to exactly one hour from the time I refresh the page. This service is a complete farce. Guess I’ll give up and go to bed. Maybe #Cogeco will send someone to fix the issue in the daylight. #PissedOff

  • JennSchwartz4 Jenn Schwartz (@JennSchwartz4) reported

    @cogeco @cogecohelps 2 outages in 2 days is not "fast reliable service ". Maybe I will take your sales reps suggestion and find more reliable service elsewhere.

  • TaylorImeson Taylor Ando (Imeson) (@TaylorImeson) reported

    @cogecohelps At this point it is probably less of a waste of my time to cancel my Cogeco services all together and pay more for a different company.

    @cogeco why ******** am I paying for cable and the Jays game is not to on.

  • mitchel_susan Susan Mitchell 🇺🇦 (@mitchel_susan) reported

    @LloydOsten I think it's both. I've watched, and when it kicks me out, it's not due to signal strength. Wifi can be bad here (Cogeco), so it's another annoyance.

  • petethomascpa Pete Thomas (@petethomascpa) reported

    Even when I look online for pricing for existing customers and find a price of $94.99, the best they’ll offer me is $122.50/ month. I have Bell fibe getting installed on our street as we speak. It’s like @cogeco wants me to switch. Terrible customer service

  • Goldegearz Nicholas Hewitt (@Goldegearz) reported

    @doctoriceman200 @cogeco There’s a power outage downtown. It’s probably the issue

  • vdavies65 Valerie Davies (@vdavies65) reported

    Having multiple issues with our Cogeco TV. At this point we are waiting for a Techie to come tomorrow after 5 p.m. I have noticed a time factor here. Today again during the local news at about 12:10 it breaks up & GOES completely off air. Just like someone is flipped a switch.

  • MarkKennedyQW 🇨🇦 Mark (Bundy) Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

    I’ve concluded @cogeco isn’t working on the problem with the internet tonight. They’re just going to automatically extend the resolution time every 15 minutes on the outage site. You can also bet we won’t get money off. I suppose I could just pay a portion of my next bill.

    @olliefromkenoll @AcornHamilton Municipal Broadband would be when the City in this case Hamilton sets up a public company to provide broadband (internet service) to residents. The same as Cogeco or other companies do currently. I proposing we look into this possibility here in Hamilton.
