    @cogeco signed up for EPICO on oct and have had nothing but trouble.Freezing, wifi dropping, want to watch live sports? Forget it. tech guy came three times w no fix & I’m on daily calls w them. Told us yesterday in order for it to work properly we needed pods? At an additional cost.

    @cogecohelps When will cogeco return to normal connection? Your technician visited a month ago and said it was Cogeco's problem (not our modem or other things) but still no improvement. I'm an instructor giving online classes and my video call consantly disconnects.

    i dont care what you say cogeco needs to get their **** together im ******* tired of not being able to do school because the wifi keeps cutting
