    Now I have to hard reboot the epico box to get the channel up/down on the remote to work. It never ends with your ****** equipment. Canceling my service when my contact is up. @cogeco

    @cogeco @cogecohelps terribly disappointed with the manner in which customer is treated by the so-called Loyalty team. I would not recommend anyone taking Cogeco’s internet!

    @shoegirl68 @Bell Ya I’d switched to cogeco for awhile, and then bell sucked me back with a deal too good to turn down.

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.

    @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps and cogeco, probably the worst. their epico system is down once a week. stopped calling, just takes the down days off the bill, its been 3 months of not a full payment, no calls yet.

    @MrStache9 All my kids had cells so I killed my landline 14 years ago. Cogeco pissed me off so bad I also killed my internet connection with them and went with some place local.
