@cogecohelps @russreedyk That link information is incorrect, my postal code shows "no issues" I haven't had internet access since Saturday morning. So some CORRECT INFORMATION would be greatly appreciate. @cogeco

@BenjaminRispin Not sure why a hydro outage affects the cable service? There are things called generators that Cogeco could be using at their stations.

Does anyone in the Ottawa Valley know a good internet service provider that IS NOT @cogecohelps @cogeco I'm getting REAL tired of my internet not working for hours on end every day and being told "nothing is wrong", stop wiping your *** with your customers faces please :).

@cogeco Outage map is saying east city in Peterborough has no outage anymore. After multiple resets of my modem this is clearly not the case. Still no internet at this time even though it is reported as fixed.

@pmarriott I'm with @cogeco, it's down and @videotron called me to try and convert me. They install generators on their cable boxes on electric posts. Ain't nobody trying to sway my electricity provider

  • mike_pequegnat michael pequegnat (@mike_pequegnat) reported

You know what I love when the @cogeco @cogecohelps says there no outages and yet I come home from work (had working internet before I left at 10pm) and now its down again. And no way on their site under outages to report it... please. I just want to relax after work.

  • celadon2 linda rosborough (@celadon2) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Is there any updated info on Peterborough service? Your website still says there is no outage at my address, but no amount of rebooting, unplugging/replugging will change the fact that there has been no service since Sat.

  • pmarriott Paul Marriott, PhD. (@pmarriott) reported

@pluc @cogeco @Videotron In other markets where there's "competition" there is still only one physical grid, though, and one grid operator/maintainer. I have no idea how it works for cable network infrastructure though.
