  • jebba67 Big Red Jeb A.K.A. The Ginger Ninja (@jebba67) reported

Excellent customer service as usual @cogeco A province wide internet shutdown is a perfect excuse to not field incoming calls to your call center at all. Hanging up on your customers is not a great way to conduct business

  • BenjimanPower Benjiman Power (@BenjimanPower) reported

@cogeco If anyone wants help with this message me. It’s pretty easy to fix

@carol_nasvytis @CBCAlerts @cogecohelps Just go into your cogeco modem and change the primary and secondary dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 then reboot the modem a couple times and it will then connect. Their DNS is down

  • jdeq Jerry DeQuetteville (@jdeq) reported from Burlington, Ontario

Hmmm - cogeco internet is down across much of Ontario. What does your bloody online learning PPM say about Lecce? In other news, recess will be 5 hours today.

  • AndrewBMowat Andrew Mowat (@AndrewBMowat) reported

@cogecohelps received an email from the Halton School Board that Cogeco service is down. No information shared generally from Cogeco. Very frustrating.

  • janetdangkeske Janet Dang (@janetdangkeske) reported

Really not cool to have an outage and no way to get information other than on Twitter @cogeco - surprised to say I’m glad I can hotspot via @Rogers.

  • limmereso Ryan Legault (@limmereso) reported

@Tierney4351 @cogeco I love that they have like, three or four people staffing their help lines for, what, a million or so customers? Maybe more?

  • Kick_Nayzur Nick (@Kick_Nayzur) reported

@cogeco Looks like cogeco's DNS is down. For a temporary fix, change your DNS address in your network settings to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 (Google's DNS)
