    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @driver_error Guess they changed to high fibre and our equipment is wrong!!!! WTF why werenโ€™t we notified. So no @cogeco till next week. Wife only talked to 5 different people and they all just pass the buck

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them Iโ€™ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! ๐Ÿ™„
