@cogeco is there an outage in Peterborough? No internet for over an hour and resetting doesn't fix. Assuming it's not just my connection but a bigger issue?

  • zed_kris KrisEmZed (@zed_kris) reported

@cogecohelps I’m still not receiving email. Hopefully restoring normal service will happen soon. I started having issues at about 3pm and use Cogeco for my work email, which is problematic when it fails and is down for so long.

  • kboxlive Kevin Siddique (@kboxlive) reported

@carrytelca @cogeco I had to explain that I WFH and lost work hours. I also had to tether my phone so my family could have Internet. I also had to point out that I've been a customer for >6 years. The best they can do is 10 days credit plus $5. That's about $30 credit which I had to take or lose.

  • RoeBudd Roe Budd (@RoeBudd) reported

@cogeco you were at my house yesterday to fix an ongoing problem for the 6th-7th time and still I have the same problem. All started when hydro cut my line. Give me a reason not to cancel and tell everyone not to subscribe to cogeco.

My cogeco internet is down @cogecohelps @cogeco anyone else ?!?

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Presqu'ile Point, Ontario

Cogecos only purpose to be alive has to be to steal our money because they have never had decent cable ever. Cogeco cable is the absolut worse cable company in Canada. Stay away from them. They are thieves.

  • CindyRossi77 Cindy Rossi (@CindyRossi77) reported

@RogersHelps CTV2(channel 20 on digital adapter is also not broadcasting). No need for me to waste my time on DM. It's a Roger's problem. Cogeco is fine. Couldn't see Live from ABC while feed was to CTV. Then later saw Live on ABC when you disconnected the feed to CTV.

@cogecohelps My email hasn’t updated since 1:30pm this afternoon. That’s a long time to be down and it sounds like cogeco has just become aware of it. I hope emails aren’t lost like has previously happened

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Presqu'ile Point, Ontario

Can aways count on cogeco, the crappiest cable company in Canada to crash at the end of a movie. Buyer Beware. Cogeco is horrible ****** cable. The worst anyware. An antanea with tinfoil would be more reliable than cogeco

@carrytelca @cogeco The management team at @carrytelca called to talk about compensation. The original offer was credit for the 5 days of no service. That's about $12. That doesn't even cover the cost of gas to get the modem that I didn't need. I asked them to do better. Next offer was an extra $5.
