Excellent customer service as usual @cogeco A province wide internet shutdown is a perfect excuse to not field incoming calls to your call center at all. Hanging up on your customers is not a great way to conduct business

@carol_nasvytis @CBCAlerts @cogecohelps Just go into your cogeco modem and change the primary and secondary dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 then reboot the modem a couple times and it will then connect. Their DNS is down

@cogecohelps received an email from the Halton School Board that Cogeco service is down. No information shared generally from Cogeco. Very frustrating.

@cogeco Looks like cogeco's DNS is down. For a temporary fix, change your DNS address in your network settings to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 (Google's DNS)
