A car hit an electric pole this morning and my @startca internet outage has been down all day, along with a big part of my neighbourhood area (as it uses @cogeco's line). Good thing I have a lot of mobile data.

@cogecohelps From 6.57 am till 9.30sh pm .. no phone service, no internet and no tv. Waiting & wondering when service would be restored. Luckily we had iPhone service with Rogers. It was working. We anticipate some sort of credit from Cogeco on our next billing.
