    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps has to be the worst customer service in the industry I called to speak with a technical advisor and you said reset your modem and hung up Hahahah what a joke

    @Bell @cogeco For crying out loud, you started as a PHONE COMPANY, and now you can't even do that right, warning us the phone won't work if there's a power outage. Phones were better in the '90s because outages HAPPEN. I hate you, @MarkjCarney, for letting this happen.#CdnPoli Also #genocide.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
