@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@cogecohelps Hi Sandra. I’m having trouble setting up email on an iPad. I’ve tried a lot of things and read many help pages. I’ve just discovered I cannot change the account password on your site which makes me think it’s a problem on Cogeco’s side. Please advise.

Netflix cut me off. Only my wife and myself on a premium subscription. I'm running cogeco downstairs pushing it up stairs with other wifi. They shut Me down for five days. Anyone else have this issue. Let me know. Thinking class action. Wrong just shut me down

I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit
