    @cogeco I am in Leafs region and regional games on @Sportsnet ontario are blacked out. When regional game is on @TSN_Sports I get the game. Please fix.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Again tonight no Detroit feed. I really have to get rid of Cogeco. Who in Canada wants the Colorado feed. Thanks Cogeco for always disappointing your customer. @COGECOSUCKS

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    Hey @cogeco I have an outage it’s been like this all day L8P3S4 - says there shouldn’t be an interruption but I’ve troubleshooted everything else. What’s up?

    I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.
