Customer service is huge for me & I’m a pretty nice & patient person so for me to get upset, it’s b/c the way they treated me!

Double Vaccinated Prick (@kburnside77) reported@cogeco Please explain to me what kind of a company sends out a technician to do an install when the technician doesn’t run cable so therefore he had to reschedule my today’s install for Sunday between 12 and five. Guess what I cancelled before I got started! Terrible company.

Fortunately the Cogeco Internet Circuit came back online before Rogers services were restored, but a outage was experienced
