@Living4_Today @cogeco I love the idea of EPICO, like being able to watch taped shows on my iPad or setting stuff up to record on my phone but man EPICO always has some sort of issue. My one box won’t stay connected to the internet.

So my neighbor cuts my cable/internet/phone yesterday and @cogeco says they can't come fix it until SATURDAY!? Is this real life!? Is customer service not a thing anymore?

@cogecohelps i need an emergency help. I moved to a new house today and my internet is not working. I called Cogeco about my move 2 to 3 weeks back and @cogeco mentioned that bo technician is needed. It’s just plug and play. Here I am, no internet and no technician available.

@SarahKProctor2 @Living4_Today @cogeco I recently switched from Bell. What a mistake. Plus the epico app doesn't allow me to watch from outside my own home which sucks whereas with BellFibe I could watch from anywhere

Cogeco went down for live TV at 4pm. Estimated time of being fixed is after 8pm. Thank God my box ia an android so I have the sportsnet app. I hope no one else has this issue tonight. Leafs nation would go nuts.

@Cogeco your Epico system is down again. I've been a customer for 6 weeks and this is absolutely unacceptable. At least have the integrity to explain what is wrong and what Cogeco is doing to correct this continuous service drops. I think I should have stayed with Bell

@cogeco Just letting you know now that if I can’t watch the #Leafs game tonight, you’re company is dead to me. Way too many outages. Epico has been downright awful.
