    @Bell .. trouble shoot and ensure connections are tight when installation guy was already supposed to do that and won't just send him back. Problem still unsolved. You're a bloated monopoly that's grossly inefficient. We'd have stayed with @Cogeco with its better staff, but crap tech.

    @cogeco I am in Leafs region and regional games on @Sportsnet ontario are blacked out. When regional game is on @TSN_Sports I get the game. Please fix.

    @cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.

    @ReclaimTheNetHQ I'm not hearing much opposition from the major internet service providers like Bell, Rogers, Telus, Videotron, Cogeco, Eastlink in regard to bill c-22. So I guess they are all in?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
