    @FairplayDesigns Cogeco is the same ! You need to call them, then they thank you for being their loyal customer for 30 years, BUT, they can't call you up and offer some great deal! You are forced to beg !

    Cogeco cannot provide syncronized tv. They are crooks and thieves selling ****. Buyer beware. cogeco Couldn't show a movie on a wall..

    @cogeco I’ve had your EPICO service now for a month. Multiple times throughout the day all internet and tv goes down. Often for only a couple minutes but let’s be clear this is a major issue. Tired of hearing my kids and wife let me know every time it happens daily.!

    @carrytelca has to open a ticket with @cogeco so this probably won't get resolved tonight. CarryTel's support closes at 7pm. I don't know what I'm going to do about work tomorrow.

    @cogecohelps I’m still not receiving email. Hopefully restoring normal service will happen soon. I started having issues at about 3pm and use Cogeco for my work email, which is problematic when it fails and is down for so long.

    @cogeco epoc not working with crave the sounds is off. Not user friendly

    @carrytelca @cogeco The management team at @carrytelca called to talk about compensation. The original offer was credit for the 5 days of no service. That's about $12. That doesn't even cover the cost of gas to get the modem that I didn't need. I asked them to do better. Next offer was an extra $5.

    Maybe I’m crazy but there was a cogeco worker at my neighbours all day today and when he leaves my internet stops working. Wtf is this

    Now @carrytelca is saying the cogeco lines are ok and the modem is the problem. I can drive all the way to Markham or wait 5 days for a modem. ExpressPost is not an option apparently. I'll get $2 back for my trouble. Keep in mind I've had to call for updates. They never called me
