    @cogeco Not on you at all Tristan, but Cogeco Executives need to investigate & invest in their infrastructure. It’s 2021 now, there’s very little reason outages should be this common. The last ISP I had downtown had one outage in 3 years, and in the US I can’t even remember outages.

    @cogeco New customer. Lucky me, just switched from Bell and got my modem installed today. Maybe I should have been nicer to the Bell customer service folks. #Karma

    .@cogeco please explain why y’all took money from my account but I have no internet and now ur website don’t work and no numbers are in service. Y’all taking all my money but can’t pay ur own phone bill
