    @cogecohelps @libraryzombie I've traced it as a DNS issue on Cogeco's end... if you change the adapter settings in Windows 10 for DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.8.4, it'll work

    @cogeco This appears to be a DNS issue. Switching to use Google's DNS servers works for me.

    Is my kid evil? A rural kid that’s never known high speed internet is displaying signs of schadenfreude now that the in-town students have lost their #cogeco connection.

    We understand that some students and families may be having difficulty connecting to remote learning this morning due to a widespread Internet outage affecting some regional Internet service providers, including Cogeco. Please be patient as these issues are being resolved.
