    @Xplornet Literally your techs don’t get paid enough for this **** oversold towers and now you’re throttling to less than 5 Mbps no this is been going on since October pathetic Cogeco said they were installing lines in April you better have a good timeline for the new tower being active

    @cogecohelps hello can u please kindly confirm when your current residential Internet services will be back online I’ve reset my Cogeco wifi modem twice today as it works for a little then goes down I see on the outage app that your having issues just wondering as I’m on data 📲

    @cogecohelps I contacted them and will do the trace tomorrow. However, UFile support reported that some Cogeco customers have the same issue accessing their website

    @cogecohelps Your lines are down and a tech can’t come for a week? Please refund me for my schooling I’m going to fail. I’ve had nothing but problems from Cogeco, we’re switching ASAP if this isn’t fixed soon.
