Not entirely sure the call to cogeco solved the issue but at least it was much less painful than calls to cable companies usually are. But seriously hope the problem is fixed.

@SamLoonie @Bell_Support I thought about it. Small Arduino or something to press it, BUT, I have numerous boxes, and when I look at all the other options (Shaw, Cogeco, Rogers, etc) they don't turn off. This is simply Bell doing network management and trying to turn off IPTV streams where possible.

@cogecohelps Thanks, just noticed this. The issue was resolved and Cogeco came through with the order after many phone calls. Again, thanks for your response and I am sorry I missed it.

Signed up for #Cogeco. Their site SAYS I can receive a phone call to verify. No phone call received. No Problem their site says! Use my account number... I just need to receive a code to verify this... by telephone. I JUST signed up and already it's a CS nightmare. FML

@cogecohelps My phone/data isn’t with cogeco. So when I get my bill from bell, Ill let you know my concerns. I’m in the outage in the north end that said it was gonna be fixed at 1:15, but has now changed to 2:30. Can’t wait till 2:30 for it to say 3:30. I just wanted a nice day off :(
