    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    @cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @peggy_blair It’s ridiculous. Like when I called Cogeco to negotiate a better deal - I was told the advertised rates were only for new customers. So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I don’t want to play this game 😡 Just stop gouging me

    @cogeco Cogeco is a disgrace, & I will be getting at least 50% of of my 9 months service , back when they hear how I was spoken to on the phone. Lies & misogyny.
